I want to start this with some basic details about MewCario that I forgot to go over and they'll help y'all better understand this character.
To start, they're actually a fusion of a girl named Alex and her Lucario (Male). Long story short they were both experiments in Team Rocket Labs along with other human and pokemon pairs. The experiment was humans and pokemon sharing DNA. They moved into an apartment in Rhyme City at 18. During the events of Detective Pikachu when Howard made forced humans and pokemon to share the same body, rather than taking on Lucario's form like everyone else did they took the form of MewCario.
They were found by a former scientist from the labs and tasked with finding the other pairs across the region and possibly the world. (age 19)

To be honest, I only drew the original version of this guy once and it was actually only half of him. (don't ask)
The new version is extremely different from the original. They're a fusion of a guy and his Charmeleon (Shiny, Female).
I'm still coming up with a name for the guy, but he's 19 and a self proclaimed musician for a garage band.
I actually finished this a long while ago, but I was hesitant to post it since there are parts of it that I am not happy with, mostly the outfit.
