(A/N) sorry for the wait and sorry this is still pretty short. there's been a lot going on in my life. i just got my fourth covid test. all the results have become negative but i get sick so easily so i keep having to get tested. even just for a headache, because i don't want to get anyone sick :(

3rd person POV
All the boys had finished eating their breakfast, making sure to give Yoongi the most food. Jimin had practically forced the food down Yoongi's throat. But nevertheless he was thankful for all of them. Nobody had ever actually looked out for his health. They just wanted more effort, all the time. His company, his managers, his sasaengs, his haters, everyone.
The boys all decided to start off their day differently. Jungkook, Taehyung, and Hoseok decided to go to the gym to workout. The two youngest members wanted to stay with Yoongi, but Seokjin insisted that Namjoon would be the most helpful with starting on the song production, and writing. Jimin and Jin were going to head to a vocal practice with one of JYP's best voice trainers. (A/N- idk if that's a thing but whatever lol)
So, all the boys headed to where they were supposed to be.
"Hey hyung! Are you ready to go?" Namjoon asked, as they were the only two left in the dorm.
"Yeah! Sorry, I take forever to get dressed Joonie." Yoongi said, rushing out of his bedroom, pulling on a grey hoodie.

"It's fine hyung." The younger says, smiling at his hyung's silliness.
"So, how have your past few days been?" Yoongi asks Namjoon as they walk to his studio.
"Pretty good! We've all been super excited about working with you hyung. It's still kinda unbelievable."
"Hm, what do you mean Joonie?" The elder asks.
"Well, you know, we've all heard about you, and idolized you since we started training." Yoongi flinches at Namjoon's words.
"Please don't..."
"Don't what Yoongi hyung?" Namjoon asks, concerned.
"Don't idolize me. I may be an idol but I'm still a person. I'm nowhere near perfect."
"Oh, of course hyung... but you know what? You're perfect to me."
Yoongi gives Namjoon a weak smile. The taller boy puts his arm around Yoongi and smiles back at him.
"You're more than an idol hyung. You're a person. And hopefully... my friend?"
"Obviously Joonie!" The elder says, with his gummy smile.
"Alright, well then come on! Let's start working." Namjoon tells him, as they get nearer to the studio. "I bet I can get there before you hyung!"
"Ha ha, you're on!" Yoongi challenges back with a mischievous grin. The two boys start running down the hallway to the studio, Yoongi's cute screams echoing in the halls.
"I win Joonie! Take that!"
