Disappointments

Luckily i managed to chase them away.
They were offering me drinks, i had to pretend as if I'm not feeling well till they gave up on the idea of having drinks.
"You have to go before, someone sees you here" if ever stranger sees me with her, we'll both get in trouble. I literally love this girl. I now realise that every moment i'm with her i feel different, i just can't resist her.
She seemed agitated the minute i said these words.
"You don't have to worry, i will protect you, hear me? Nothing will happen to you" I kissed her forehead. I never thought of myself falling for someone, but with Tanya things were different. She was different .
I'm inlove with her but i guess what we are up to won't get us hurt.

"Speed up,speed up, they are still following us." i was panicking. Karl was the one driving. "Are they still after us?" Karl asked.
"BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
"Is everybody okay?" Simon asked , for minutes there was silence. Everybody was shocked with what has just happened.
"Lets just, get in this forest they won't catch us" i exclaimed breaking the silence. "Stranger is bleeding they shot him!" Tanya cried "Baby are you okay?" Stranger looked as if he was in deep pain .
"We have to rush him to the hospital"
"We can't do that. We can't risk our lives, those people will kill us all" Tanya was shivering, worried that she might lose Stranger. I was a bit jealous, i mean we fucked just few days ago yet she still cares for Stranger. I dont understand, to me she once made it seem like she didn't like Stranger. But what i am seeing with my eyes is totally different.
"Let me check him and see if is there something i can do." That was Zan, well he studies Bachelor of Medicine at our institution. He took a while  scrutinizing Stranger, trying to figure out if he can help. "I think we should rush him to the hospital,he lost so much blood and he is losing energy" he finally said after some time.

Stranger was admitted to Western Massachusetts Hospital.It's been few days after stranger has been shot, Tanya has been avoiding me. Whenever we meet at the school Campus she would change ways whenever she sees me. I didn't really know the problem, i mean few days ago we were just fine. I don't know whether I've done something wrong to her.

Stranger got the bullet out of his body. He was back to the campus. We were alone in the house. i was busy with my phone in my side of the room, when i heard that mysterious voice.
"What do you think about what happened that day?" I took a deep breath trying to recall what happened on that day.

FLASHBACK

What happened on that day Stranger got shot?

"Get going guys, we don't have enough time" that was Simon instructing us. We were running with loads of guns, we were at a basement that belong to Greasy in Lexington. Greasy is a member of a powerful well known gang "Mara Salvatrucha" My phone rang, it was my mom .I then went to the other side of the basement to attend a call from my mom.
"Hi mom" i sounded jubilant so that i can not make her suspicious.
"I wanted to check up on you boy, its been so long since we contacted each other" before i could say anything, Gunshots were fired. I had to drop the call and go out using the backdoor, to the car.

FLASHBACK ENDS

This is all i could remember from that day. Nothing eerie happened.
"Nothing much, it's just that things didn't go as planned" for minutes Stranger took some time not saying anything. I just desired to know what he was thinking that time.
"Did you set us up?" the question startled me. So this guy here think i'm a snitch. I mean how is that even possible, it was the first time i went there and my first time to know about Mara Salvatrucha. How is it possible that i had connections with them?
"What?" I was perplexed with everything. How could he think i could do something like that. I know i have few months since i joined San Fierro Triads but i got them i could never do anything to sabotage them. Not that i have a choice but because i know if ever i go against them they will definitely kill me. I stood up in anger.
"How could i do that? I know I've recently joined the gang but you have to trust me, I can never do that to you guys. You said it one day that we're family and that's what i labelled you as. 'FAMILY' and family has each other's backs" I was so disappointed that they think i could do this. I exited the room burning with anger. It's clearly that they are expecting the worst out of me.
