Guide's POV again ok-

***

It's been almost a week since I met Player. He's nice and shares everything he finds with me. I tell him about things that he needs to know.

He seems to be unaware about Cthulhu, though. Or maybe he does know, and is just hiding it from me because he thinks I don't know.

That's confusing, but it could be true.

Player made my life as a human better. I still hated every minute of it, and I would stay up all night begging that the next day I would return to be being the Wall of Flesh.

That day hasn't arrived yet.

Anyways, as I was saying, Player made things better. I probably shouldn't develop a bond with him, especially since he's supposed to kill me in the end (I don't know how I'm gonna make him do that since I can't tell him to), but I can't help it.

And I don't like that fact.

It was 1am and Player still hadn't returned from his little exploration trip. I couldn't go look for him, since every time I went 10 meters away from the house I'd just teleport back. I bet that was Lunatic Cultist's fault.

Suddenly, Player bust through the door.

"You took a while," I began "what did you find?"

Player was breathing heavily. He placed some Platinum Ore and Emeralds on the table, signifying he had been mining.

"Oh... that's cool," I said.
"Not only that, some giant, floating eyeball outside is trying to kill me. Something about an evil presence..."

I flinched.

Giant... floating... eyeball?

"...Does it turn into a mouth?" I asked.
"What? It's an eye, why would it do that?" Player asked, grabbing his Platinum Broadsword and Tungsten Bow.
"...Hang on, let me come out with you."

***

We exited the house and the eyeball was there. It made a noise. A boss noise.

That's Eye of Cthulhu. I thought. Is.. Is Cthulhu trying to tell me something? Is it gonna turn me back into Wall of Flesh?

"That's.. Eye of Cthulhu," I began "It has a second form, a mouth. It's more dangerous than the first form."

Player rushed up to it and began shooting arrows at it with his bow.

"WAIT STOP!" I yelled. "PLAYER WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

He ignored me, and carried on shooting it. EoC fought back, and began making another boss noise. I began to sweat.

".....PLAYER! STOP IT! WHY AREN'T YOU LISTENING TO ME?!?"

He carried on ignoring me. Was this also part of Lunatic Cultist's curse? I couldn't stop the Player from killing bosses?

.....

If Cthulhu dies, it isn't my fault.

....

I need Player to kill me quick so I can warn LC.

***

Two hours later, it's 3am, and EoC is dead. Player did it. He actually did it. He killed EoC.

And I was furious about it.

"Eye of Cthulhu down! Is there anymore eyes I should know about?" Player asked. I thought for a bit.
"Uh... no, no," I replied.
"Uh, alright then."

He went inside and so did I. He went to bed but I stayed up.

I need to tell LC. But how? I can't go 10 meters away from this house. What am I supposed to do?

POV of Lunatic Cultist yaaaaaay

***

I was in the Dungeon, as usual, sipping some tea. I couldn't be bothered to do some magic stuff, I had already messed with Wall of Flesh enough. Or should I say Guide? I knew Player was with him now.

Some Cultists ran up to me and began panicking. I sipped my tea once more and looked at them.

"M-master!" One cried.
"Hmm?" I asked.
"Eye of Cthulhu has been killed by Player!"

I spat my tea out.

"WHAT??" I yelled. "B..but Cthulhu needs his eye... I never... I never thought the Player would-" I paused.
"I made it so Wall of Flesh couldn't warn him."
I paused again. The Cultists fidgeted a bit.
"-how did Player even find out about Cthulhu? WoF can't leave 10 meters from the house, Cthulhu is at the other side of the world!"

"B-but sir, Eye of Cthulhu has a mind of its own," a Cultist spoke up.

Then, silence.

"..."
"You're right... it must have sensed Player's arrival..."

I didn't know Cthulhu had a grudge against the Player. Or maybe, it was looking for Wall of Flesh but the Player came and killed it.

"We need to go find EoC's DNA before it's all gone." I ordered everyone, as we rushed out into the night.
