He crashes his car.
Is he going to break his promise?
Will this make her sad?
Who is he kidding? That girl probably doesn't even see him the way he sees her.
The light is blinding and he can't move an inch. He believes he was in pure torture when his car flipped over and over again, crushing him alive, but now he feels nothing but numbness. He is upside down and maybe has some broken bones here and there but he can't feel a thing. He hears loud, deafening rings in his ears. Heart thumping with desperation to stop the noise.
His sight is blurred, unknown whether it was the tears or is he slowly fading. But the only thing in his mind is that girl. Her pair of crystal eyes. Sweet smile and vague dimples. Honey laugh and soft hair. He wonders if this is it? He wonders if he will get the chance to make her cheeks turn twenty shades of red again? He still doesn't know how will their hands fit each other. Will he ever find out?
He still doesn't know how she thinks of him.
He should not end now. Not here. Not the way he just promised half an hour ago will never be in.
But there he is, in the way he promised to never be in. And it seems like he's ending.
Ironic.
As the world finally fades into darkness only he can see, he wishes he can word out his last apology, but nothing came out of his blood imbrued lips.
Nothing seems to grant him his wishes anymore.
Maybe this is how death feels like.
