Aera's POV

I just returned home when my phone vibrated. It was a call from him. I answered it and sat down on the couch.

"Aera! How are you?" Minhyun asked me as soon as I answered the call. Hearing his voice made me want to cry.

"Well, I am doing good! How about you? How was your day with your Mom?" I asked him.

"It was fun! Mom ordered a lot of food for us! We also went shopping." He told me excitedly. So it was fun to be with her. "How about you? How was your day?" he then asked me.

"For me, well, it was nice resting here. It was a long time since I took a break from work." I told him and sighed.

"Wait! Something happened. I am gonna call you later." he told me and hung up.

After he ended the call, I sighed. I stared blankly at the wall and tears are evident in my eyes. Should I just ask him about her? Should I just break up with him?

As time pass by, I am getting hurt more. Should I just go to his house? I sighed, picked up my car keys, and went to my car.

I drove off to his house.

When I arrived I saw an unfamiliar car parked in front of his house. I decided to call him.

Calling Minhyun...

"Aera?" Minhyun asked.

"Hey, uhm"

"Is there something wrong?" He asked.

"I am here in front of your house. I needed to talk to you about something."

"Uhm... Sure. Wait for me there." He sounded a bit hesitant. I hung up the call and waited for him.

After a few minutes, I heard a noise behind me. It was Minhyun. Then behind him was Courtney but I feel like he doesn't know that she is behind him.

"I-uh. I just want to tell you that I will be leaving the city for 2 weeks. I will just give you 2 weeks. Just think about it." I just blabbered what's in my mind. I don't care if he understood what I said but I said what I said. I turned my back against them and rode my car.

I drove off and called my best friend, Dongho.

Calling Dongho...

He picked up the phone but before he starts to speak, I asked him.

"Dongho, can I stay with you for 2 weeks?"

"Sure. Should I buy beer for us?"

"Yes please."

"Drive safely." he bid goodbye and hung up.
