After signing forms and watching them run through lines, it broke her heart. Although it was funny is see all the black lines on Tom's script, she could still feel it cracking her heart.

They left after two hours, and I was crying golden tears on the couch. There memories are still bleeding and there's nothing I can do it stop it....I just have to wait....GOD, waiting hurts though...

I decide to call Fury, "Is there anyone we can pull out now?", I ask hopefully, not letting him saying anything first. "Everyone except the original 6, Peter, Dr. Strange, and Loki. If we pull them now, not only would they most likely die from shock, but it wouldn't work.

I can put in illusions with Beck's help(DON'T KILL BECK........HE'S A FRIENDLY, I SWEAR)". "Do it, there are way too many pieces in Infinity War that actually happened, and....", I don't speak for a moment, trying to process what needs to be done. "They could get trapped and there will be nothing I can do for them".

Then Beck comes over the phone, "We have a problem though, I don't have an illusion for King T'Challa..". "Right, because you've never met the guy, am I on speaker?", "You are now, what's your plan Osipherus?", Fury ask calmly.

"Can you scan him now? It's preferable that there not be panic over a missing actor, it wouldn't be every ideal for the 9 of them". "I can, but that's where the problem comes in.....Chadwick has cancer".

"But we can heal him once his memory is restored..", Fury said, trying to continue the train of thought.

"However the illusion will continue with the disease, and then die as he would have", Beck finished.

I sigh, "It's really creepy when you two finish each other's thoughts. Do whatever needs to be done, and do it quickly please. i'm going to find another one, tell the gang I said hi once they are integrated".

I hang up and walk outside, the afternoon sun starting to fall. I decide to walk to the park, and watch the butterflies. I might run into Chris Evan..or maybe even Jeremy Renner. I walk to the park, and look around.

My cafe staring at me from across the street, Right, it's all nighter Friday, can't forget about that.  I start to walk around, watching the butterflies dance around the flowers.

I'm 10 minutes into walking, and who should I see in the park? None other than Tom Hiddleston, sitting by himself on a park bench. I sit down besides him, staring at the bridge in front of us.

A comfortable silence surrounds us as I hold out my hand to take his. He finds my hand and squeezes it gently, I turn to face him and almost cry at what I see. His eyes are green, like Loki green, The barriers are breaking, he's starting to remember.

I take my other hand and cup his face tenderly, "Not yet my love, not yet". I send a gold wave through my hand and enter his mind. I rebuilt the barriers in his mind, and retreat my hand.

I feel him slump against me in exhaustion, It's the only way to keep him safe, if he remembers too early, he won't remember enough. But I can't let them die here.

"Tom? Do you want to come with me to my cafe? I have a nice office in the back so no one would know your there?". I feel his grip on my hand tighten and feel his head nod against my shoulder.

I pull him up slightly and we walk to the cafe. "It's all nighter Friday, so we will be here for a while. Would you like a mint tea?". He nods his head in approval, opening the door for me as we step inside.

I get him set up with my office library and mint tea, and go to open the shop. Not a lot of people come on Friday, but there are enough people that it's wanted. But come 1 a.m, there's no one in the cafe.

I consider closing the cafe, because there usually at least one college student here, but it looked like a ghost town. A buzz interrupted my thoughts.

"Hello, this is Beth", I say with a slight hint of happiness. "Hey there, it's Mark, I was wondering if you could open your cafe for some of the actors, I know it's late and all but we were still filming and the crew are dead beat, but don't want to sleep, I tried to get them to go back to their homes to sleep but I just couldn't-".

"Mark," I cut him off before he chases the rabbit to far. "Your rambling, really bad. My cafe is actually open right now, it's all nighter Friday, so you and whoever can drop by. There's no one here now, but I'll 'close' the shop, so you and whoever can come without any paparazzi".

"Yeah, that sounds perfect, I'll grab everyone and we'll see you in about 10 minutes". Okay then, start more coffee, close the shades and boil some water. I still had time before they would arrive, so I went to retrieve Tom.

Tom had his nose stuck in The Song Of The Jade Lily, by Kristy Manning. It looked like he was over halfway into it, and I feel bad for pulling him away from a good book, but he'll live.

"Hey Tom, some other marvel actors are coming to get some drinks, do you want to come out and socialize with them? You can always take the book with you if you want?".

He stood up with the book in hand, "Yeah, that sounds like fun, is it okay if I can borrow this? Just for a few days in that's okay?". Goddamn it he's so timid.... " Of course Tom, you can actually keep that if you want?".

His eyes light up at this idea and a small smile tugs at his lips. "Thank you, when will they get here?". The store front door jingled, and I could hear laughing.

"Looks like right now, come on, let's go see your friends", I say softly, squeezing his shoulder lightly and walking out.
