"Everly! I'm back!" Axl called as he walked into the house. He bent down and let Blue off of his leash. "Everly!" Axl called again. No answer. "Everly, are you home?" Axl asked. He walked to the kitchen and saw no one in there, he walked to his room and looked in. The room was a mess. Clothes and books are scattered all over the place. Axl began to worry. "Everly!" he called. "Where are you?"

He ran to the bathroom and opened the door and saw Everly sitting on the floor with her wrists slit. Axl screamed. "Everly!" he said kneeling beside her. "Everly, no," he started to cry. He quickly got up and ran to the phone and called 911. He ran back to the bathroom and grabbed some gauze and did his best to bandage her wrists. He scooped her up and carried her to the couch and sat her up. "Everly, don't do this to me I need you. I-I don't know what I'd do without you, please don't go," Axl cried.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

"She seemed so happy before," Axl said hugging his knees. Izzy and Slash were by his side. "If I would've just stayed home none of this would've happened," Axl said. "Hey!" Slash and Izzy said in unison. "Don't ever blame yourself especially about something like this!" Izzy said. Axl was mad at himself for leaving Everly alone when he knew she was suffering.

The phone rang and Slash got up and answered it. "Hello?... Yeah... okay," Slash hung up the phone. "She's okay. She's asleep now but you can go see her," Slash said. Axl nodded and rose to his feet from the couch. "Do you want us to drive you?" Izzy asked. "No," Axl said before he walked out the door.

Axl walked into the room and sat on the chair beside Everly's bed. He grabbed her hand that bandaged along with her wrist. "I love you so much, baby. More than you'll ever know," Axl said. Everly squeezed his hand. "I love you too, Axl," she said opening her eyes. Axl started crying. "Everly, why?" he asked. Everly started crying too. "I'm sorry, Axl. I saw my dad he said I was useless and I felt so worthless because he told me I left my mom who was dying and I didn't want to have to live with the pain," Everly said tears streamed from her eyes. "Hey, it'll be okay," Axl said wiping the tears from Everly's eyes. "Just never do that again. Don't harm yourself. If you want to talk I'm always here," Axl said. He got up and kissed Everly's head. "I don't know what I'd do without you, Axl," Everly said intertwining her fingers with Axl's. Axl kissed her lips and Everly moved her hand that wasn't stuck with an I.V cable to Axl's red hair.

Axl pulled away. "You're loved more than you know," he said. "And you're never alone."
