Chapter 23- Hey babe!!

Carlos P.O.V ( before the wedding started)

We were on the way the wedding when I got a call from an unknown number (C-Carlos and D-Diego)

C: Hello?

D: It's your father

C: Diego you aren't my father. What do you want?

D: listen to me. Lexi is in-

C: Lexi? What happened!?

"Put it on speaker" Marco said and I nodded and put it on speaker

D: as I was saying she is about to walk down the aisle so y'all have to hurry

C: why are you telling me this?

D: Carlos I need you to listen carefully.

C: just say it already

D: you have to kill Adrian

C: I know we were going to

D: No. I mean YOU have to do it. Adrian is out of control and he will ruin my mafia

C: Adrian is out of control...what a shocker

D: now is not the time to joke Carlos.

C: I know I'm just teasing you

D: not funny son

C: we are almost there

D: Carlos you have to kill Adrian fast because as soon as Adrian says "I Do" he will control majority of the mafia

C: Lexi and I own 25% so we are equal

D: no. If Lexi marries Adrian. Lexi's share become Adrian's automatically and he will lead the mafia

C: what if someone else kills him

D: then Adrian shares go to his second in command, then you have to kill the second in command, but if one of the people who own shares kills him they get his shares

C: we are going to rescue Lexi then I will kill him.

D: Carlos If Adrian kills Lexi then he will Lexi's shares. Either you or Lexi have to kill Adrian to get the shares

C: ok. I will keep that in mind

D: I have to go walk Lexi down the aisle. Be safe my son.

"What the fuck was that" Marco said

"I have to kill Adrian. So don't shoot him" I said and they reluctantly nodded

10 minutes of driving over the speed limit and we made it.

"We are here" Dante said

"Let's get the party started" I said smirking

We approach the house and we decided to kill quietly until we are found out.

I am killing all the guards in my section with my knife and started walking towards the wedding

"If anyone objects to the marriage, Please speak now or forever hold your peace" the priest said

"I object" I said and shot my gun aiming for Adrian and killing him, but not before he stabbed Lexi

"LEXI" I screamed and ran to her while everyone else was fighting the guards.

"I'm fine. It's just a stab wound" Lexi said as I applied pressure trying to stop the bleeding
