"...So our map was published in 2010." Maiko said.

She ran her hands along the smooth paper of the map on the library wall.

"Now that I think of it...we don't even know a thing about where in the world we are right now!" Emma said.

"Since we can see that the sun rises out of the south, we must be located somewhere in the northern hemisphere. We also have 4 seasons, so it should be safe to assume that we're closer to the equator." Ray explained.

He sat at a table, a book open in front of him. Norman leaned against a bookshelf, reading a book while (Y/N) and Emma stood up and Maiko sat in the chair across from Ray.

"...But in the end, that's all we can come up with." (Y/N) said.

"The outside world...is full of demons. I want... Power! Enough power...to keep everyone safe!" Emma thought.

"Checking for cameras...checking what's beyond the fence...and getting our hands on those "ropes". I think things have been moving along quite smoothly for us so far. So what's next?" Ray questioned.

"Ray! Norman! Maiko! (Y/N)! Emma!" Someone called.

"Mama..." (Y/N) trailed off.

"Why are Gilda and Don here too?" Emma wondered.

Ray, Norman, Maiko, (Y/N),
Emma, Gilda and Don were standing near a wall in the dining room, Mama standing in front of them.

"What is it, Mama?" Don asked.

"Could I ask you all to help me with some chores?" The woman asked, holding up her "watch" a sinister sort of smile on her face.

"It's been 3 days since that night..." Emma thought.

"This is bad! Doesn't this mean she's suspecting us?" (Y/N) asked once Don and Gilda left the room.

"Calm down. Think about it from the enemy's stand point." Ray said.

"The enemy's stand point?" Emma questioned.

"None of the kids seems to be visibly shaken. If that's the case, it isn't strange for us eldest kids to be suspected first. This is nothing to be scared of." Ray explained.

"We can't let our guards down and we have to stay in higher alert than ever before, but don't worry! Our enemy has no idea about who we are at this point." Norman told her.

"They're right, there's no need to panic. That's basically what Mama is trying to make us do." Maiko assured the two girls.

"These three...are really amazing. How can they stay so calm at all times? They've always been like this...since the day I met them." Emma thought.

"Let's go!" Norman called as the three began walking out of the dining room.

"Oh, I see. This is what they call... "Strategy". Observation... Analysis... Predicting the enemy's next move... These are all useful strategies. I want to be just like them! I want...to catch up to them. There's no other option... If I want to save everybody from this place." Emma thought.
