Callie POV:

    After putting a bandaid on Emma's hand we sit next to Shane and Frank at the RV. Emma's playing like nothing ever happened. So far Carol and Jacqui haven't looked at me differently.

    I would have thought at least Carol would have, being his wife and all. I told Frank what happened and it wasn't pretty. Shane and I literally had to hold him back, he was so furious.

    But when we told him I handled it, he kinda calmed down and when I say kinda I mean barely. I feel like when Frank see's Ed do something bad, it's on sight.

Frank and I have a thing with abusers. We never liked them. "How's your hand, Cals," Shane asks me. I look down at it seeing it a little red. I flex it and don't feel no pain. I'm used to it already.

Frank and I have a high tolerance for pain. "It's fine. Nothing I can't handle," I give him a small smile and look back to watching Emma play. He pats me back softly.

"Hey, look at that," Frank says pointing. We turn seeing Andrea and Amy holding a chain of fish each. Guess we're eating fish tonight. They hand them over to Morales who laughs.

"Ladies, because of you my children will eat tonight. Thank you," he tells them with a smile. They smile at him. "Thank, Dale. It's his canoe and gear," Andrea tells him and high fives Jacqui.

    "Momma look fishies," Emma excitedly exclaims running over next Carl and slightly touching the fish with Carl. I chuckle at her. "Can you teach me how to do that?" Carl asks them.

   "Sure, I'll teach you all about nail knots and stuff," Amy smirks at Andrea. Emma ran to her and tugs on her shirt. Amy looks down at her. "Me too," Emma looks up at her with hope in her eyes.

    "Sure, I'll teach you, too. If that's okay with your momma," Amy smiles at her then looks at me with Emma. I nod with a soft smile. Emma jumps up and down squealing before raising her arms to Amy who picks her up.

We all smile at her. "Hey, Dale. When's the last time you oiled those line reels? They are a disgrace," Andrea tells him as he walks over.

"I, uh.... I don't want to alarm anyone," my brothers and I get up in concern and walk towards him, "but we may have a bit of a problem," he tells us and points. We all look seeing Jim digging on the hill with a shovel.

We all walk towards Jim stopping just a few feet from him. "Hey, Jim. Jim, why don't you hold up, all right? Just give me a second, here please," Shane tells him.

"What do you want?" Jim sighs and stops. "We're all just a little concerned, that's all," I tell him. "Dale says you've been out here for hours," Morales speaks up. Jim looks at us confused, "so?"

"So why are you digging? What, are you heading to China, Jim?" Frank chuckles a little. "Why does it matter? I'm not hurting anyone," Jim says going back to digging.

"Yeah, except maybe yourself. It's 100 degrees today. You can't keep this up," Dale tells him in concern. Jim laughs a little, "sure I can. Watch me." Lori steps forward and looks at him.

"Jim, they're not gonna say it so I will. You're scaring people. You're scaring my son, Callie's daughter, and Carol's daughter," she tells him. I look at my daughter who is in Amy's arms giving her a smile. She waved at me with a cute smile.

"They got nothing to be scared of. I mean, what the hell, people? I'm out here by myself. Why don't you all just go and leave me the hell alone," he says and continues digging.
