Johnnie's POV

I stumbled to my locker, tripping over my shoelaces. I wore a band shirts with some black jeans and converse.

I felt weird because I barley have any friends and it's hard for me to make friends. No one likes a guy who wears black, but I am not changing myself to make friends. I'm not being someone I'm not so I can Impress society.

I'm new to this school, actually a few weeks late to coming to this school. Its been a month into school and its my first day. My first days of school are always hard, at this rate it'll be the worse.

But, I've become more cautious and conscious of everything basically. What happened about four years ago when I disappeared and didn't come back for almost two years alive and beaten up was tragic.  It haunts me still. But, the worse part of that was losing my best friend. I always hope that we may cross paths again. She's all I had. She's all I ever needed as a friend. I just hope she understands if we do see each other again. She's an amazing girl and someone like that shouldn't be wasted away. I've wondered how she's been doing.

The bell rang and I tried findng my classroom. With no help from anyone, it took me a goods few minutes to find it. Once I finally walked in, all eyes were turned to me. I was stumbling over my books, trying not to make my entrance too noticeable.

"Why are you late?" The teacher asked.

I stuttered, "I'm new and I c-couldn't find my, uh, classroom."

I swallowed hard, hoping I wouldn't get yelled at.

"Well, sit down," he gestures. " Welcome to the school."

I nodded and seated my self in the back next to a girl who was wearing a My Chemical Romance shirt, leggings and boots. Her hair was parted and was a shiny brown. She reminded me of someone, but, I couldn't figure out who.

She was quiet and didn't talk much.

"Hi," I greeted.

"Hello," she quietly greeted.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"A-," she was interrupted.

"No talking," the teacher said strictly.

I nodded and looked at my desk. She sat there innocently looking out the window. Everyone was reading, she had a book out, she just didn't read it.

After a slow 30 minutes, the bell rang. We both got up and went to our next class room. Looks like we are on the same schedule.

As the day passed on, all I really did was stick by her. We had every class together and we talked but it wasn't a big long talk.

"Call me?" I slowly suggested giving her my number.

"Alright," she smiled lightly and nodded.

I smiled and we walked out to our bus. We were on two different buses, but that didn't make a difference. We had the whole school day together, since every class we had we had together.

10 minutes later

"Hey, honey! How was your first day of school?" Mom asked.

"Good, I met this girl and we are kinds friends. I gave her my number so we could chat," I explained.

"Oo, really?" She asked with fascination.

I nodded and headed of to my room to do homework it all seemed pretty easy, but how could it be easy when she is on my mi-

Wait what? I thought to myself.

As I slowly started my homework, I kept thinking about what I just thought.

I totally did not mean what I thought about. Or did I? I'm extremely complicated with my feelings. This is the most complicated decision I've ever had.

Do I like her?

Maybe I do.

The thing is, I didn't know her name.
