As you all are aware in March 2019 the corona virus hit the UK and everything went BANG and everything became a mess *sighs* people started losing their jobs, businesses were being shut and so were schools, universities and colleges.
What did this mean for me? Did having a lockdown have an affect on me? How?
Being put down in a lockdown did have an effect on me personally as I am a student, fundraiser/campaigner and someone who uses NHS services.
Since this lockdown came in place I haven't been able to go to college and complete my course, I haven't been able to attend hospital appointments nor go out and do my campaigning or fundraising with my group of friends.
My hospital appointments have been cancelled, I cannot go to my college physically as it is closed so I am carrying on with my education by doing sessions on Zoom at the moment and the charity who I volunteer with are running their clubs on zoom at the moment so I get involved that way but hopefully this won't be for too long, I'm hoping to go back to college on the 12th April.
Am I excited to go back? Yes! I am looking forward to seeing the teachers and my friends and getting back into the routine which I had before all of this but I am a bit nervous too as i have not been around people or places in a while.
