chapter 8

I'm gasping for air.

They can't be serious.

"M-m-moving.. ?"

I look at my dad with tears in my eyes.

"Your mom found a job in n-"

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME"

I run upstairs and feel tears streaming down my face.

A few minutes ago, life seemed as perfect as it could be, and in a few seconds, everything was gone.

I walk into my room, run to kian, and cry. He wraps his arms around me and I lay my head on his shoulder.

"Shh, shh"

He pets my back and after a few minutes I look him in the eyes. Mine were red and swollen and they were burning as hell.

"I- I- I'm -

I swallow as I feel the tears come up again.

"I'm moving to new york"

I bite my lip and feel tears filling my eyes again.

KIAN'S POV:

I freeze and feel my mouth hanging open but I can't breathe at all.

I finally showed her my feelings and now this..

I hug her tightly and feel my eyes getting wet. I bite my lip a little too hard and the taste of blood fills my mouth. But I barely feel it.

I hear a knock on the door.

"Olivia come back we want to talk"

fuck.

I quickly hide under her bed.

It's really uncomfortable, but I don't care, all I can think of is olivia..

I hear Olivia opening the door.

"I don't want to talk."

"Olivia please, let's just sit down and let us explain everything"

"No I don't want to talk to you!" Olivia screams.

I hear the door closing with a hard bang and get up.

Her eyes are swollen and red.

I wrap my arms around her and stroke her back, but when I hear her sob, I break. Tears stream down my face.

It feels like we've been standing there for hours when we finally stop crying.

I look her in the eyes and smile.

"Let's do something fun today."

OLIVIA'S POV:

We called Sam and he decided to go to the beach together so I grabbed my bikini, earbuds and a towel and jumped onto Kian's bike.

"Are you sure I'm not too heavy?"

He laughs.

"You're as light as a feather!"

I chuckle, "wow thanks mother theresa"

We talk and talk and talk, and after 10 minutes we're at the place we would meet up with Sam.

"Voila mademoiselle!"

I laugh, "You're such an idiot!"

"Well that's why you love me right?" He chuckles and kisses me.

"Am I interrupting you?"

I pull back and smirk, "Well hello too Sammy"

Kian laughs, "guess who has the cutest girlfriend in the entire world?"

Sam chuckles, "oh god if you're gonna be this sticky the whole time I'm out!"

"No worries Sammy, I'll always love youuu"

I jump on his back and kiss his cheek.

"Hey hey hey, I'M your boyfriend, remember?" Kian pouts.

I jump off of Sam's back and walk up to Kian.

"You are the best boyfriend in the whole wide world" I give him a little kiss on his nose.

Sam sighs deeply, "LET'S GO"

We find a good spot and put down or stuff. After laying in the sun for 20 minutes, Kian and Sam decide to go surfing. I didn't come because my ankle hurts to much. Actually, my ankle is fine, I just wanted to tan a little longer, haha.

"Ol? Oliviaaaaaaa?"

I open my eyes and see two wet idiots hanging above me.

"What.. ?"

Kian smiles, "finally, you're awake!"

"Pleaseeee come swim with us?" Sam begs.

"I told you, my ankle is-"

"Yeah yeah, we know your ankle is fine idiot, but if you don't want to come yourself, I guess we'll have to drag you" Sam chuckles.

Suddenly Kian lifts me up and runs to the sea.

"Nooooooooo!" I scream, but I already feel the cold water on my body.
