The police force started to search for Kai and the commissioner asked where Kai said he was. " We've tracked him heading north on Wilfert Boulevard. Oh, wait, now east on Flemming." An officer, Simon told him. A News reported on Tv was giving a report about the chase happening currently.

"The ninja haven't been seen in days but that hasn't stopped one from updating his status. @Fi-ya13 posted: "A place of peace, a place to fight, a brotherhood born on one fateful night." What does it mean?" Nya, who was in disguise, watched the report then crossed the street. " Is it a message? Is it a riddle? Or just a bad poem?" The reporter questioned. But the Nya knew what Kai meant. All the Ninja did.

" And now he's heading down Donovan Boulevard. He's taking a back alley." Simon told the commissioner. " I want him boxed in. Land this thing." He shouted as cars surrounded an alley. "Come out with your hands up!" A cop shouted and a rat came out with a tracker device.

 " It's not Kai, sir. It's his communication device. He gave it to the rat so we'd go on a wild goose chase. Ah. I mean, wild rat chase. Heh." Simon pointed out." Yes, thank you, detective." " But your eye is twitching." Simon pointed out. " I'm not blind!"

The roar of a dragon filled the silent air as seven Elemental dragons flew to the monetary. The original home of the Ninja. I look at the burned-down building, frowning at the reason why it was gone. But smiling at all the happy memories here. Like the time Zane kicked Kai after he wouldn't stop teasing me. Kai actually had to lay down for a few hours because it hurt so bad.

Or the time Jay almost fell off the mountain. When Cole almost burned down the place trying to make a cake. Zane legit banned him from the kitchen for 3 months. I miss this place so much. It's where I finally felt accepted and at home. Home didn't feel like home anymore after my mom died, but the monastery made me feel like she was still with me.

" Seriously? I was the last one to figure out it was Wu's old Monastery?" Jay said as everyone got off their dragons. " And Lloyd wasn't even trained here!" " It'll only be a matter of time before they find this place, too, so there isn't much time. Zane, show them what you found." Lloyd looked at the Nindroid.

" I came across security footage of Sensei at the Library of Domu. He was not alone." Zane played footage from the security cameras. " Hey looks, it's Wu." Cole pointed out. " No dur dumbass." I rolled my eyes. " What happened? Who was he looking at?" Kai questioned as we see Wu turn around. "We don't know, but no one's seen him since." Cole added.

"The library database indicated he had checked out a book about the Teapot of Tyrahn. We originally thought we may be dealing with Clouse. If this is what I think it is, it appears to be far worse. We may have a Djinn on our hands." Zane told us. " A Djinn?" Jay asked.

" Like a genie, only when he grants you wishes, you'll be wishing you never met him." Nya answered. " What else o we know about a Djinn?" Lloyd asked. " Hmm. Not much, just that they are very sneaky and have great power." Kai answered as Zane looked at Jay who was a little bit away from the group and smiling.

" I do believe smiling is not the proper reaction when one is warned about a Djinn." "But Nya said they grant wishes. And with wishes, anything is possible, right?" Jay smiled more. "Hmm. My logic parameters do not allow me to understand the full extent of a wish. But I am curious where you're going with this."

" Nya made it clear there was no way we'd ever end up together. But I know for a fact from seeing my future that we do. Maybe a wish is what it takes. Maybe this is how she falls for me." Jay, oh how wrong you are. "Then it's settled. Since we know so little about Djinns, we need to head back to town to investigate more about him." Lloyd told us.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. If we head back together, the police will arrest us on sight. We should split up." Cole suggested. " But anyone caught alone with this Djinn, they suddenly vanish." I remind him. "Then we travel in pairs. Zane, (Y/n), you two and I will head to the library to see what else we can find." Lloyd pointed at us.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait." Jay stood behind Nya. " Yeah, yeah. And Jay and I will look for clues at the scene of the crime where he framed us. What do you say, buddy, just like old times?" Cole smiled at Jay. " Ah, sweet. Who doesn't love old times? Eh?" Jay faked a smile.

" Kai, you and your sister see what else is out there. If we wanna clear our names and get Sensei back, we need to find this Djinn and take him down. Let's meet back here at sunup. Oh, and guys, look out for each other." Lloyd told us before we all part ways. 

We summoned our dragons and flew off. Grim had some red substance, looked like blood, stained down her eyes like tears. " I know girl, soon, this will all be over." She let out a sad noise. She missed letting little kids play on her. Kids used to climb up on her and slide down her tail. It was relaxing and fun for Grim and she also liked the pets she would get from a bunch of little hands. Poor baby.
