All of us regrouped in Yang Tavern, the place where Lloyd and I found Kai as the Red Shogun. " I'm so tired of all this sneaking around," Kai complained. I rubbed my wrist where my ribbon was tightly wrapped around. It was kind of cutting into my wrist due to stress.

And it was harder because it wraps around my skin, not my clothes. " Easy, Kai. We're all itching to get back into action. But so far two of our own have gone missing, and none of us have yet to lay an eye on him." Lloyd told the Master of Fire.

"I wish Wu were here to guide us," Lloyd said, but as soon as Lloyd said wish, Jay shouted, "No! Don't say that word!" We all looked at him. " The fuck?" I mutter. "I mean, why wish when we have everything we need right here, right? Haha. Go, ninja, go?" Everyone in the tavern looked in our direction.

"Nice going. You blew our cover." Cole huffed. " No, he didn't." Nya appointed to the Tv. "I don't know why this is news anymore, but Ninjago City's once again under attack by pirates. Or dare I say, Sky Pirates?" The reporter said, coming footage of Misfortunes Keep and officers shooting at it. "We have to help!" Cole piped up. " But we're fugitives." Zane reminded.

"Doesn't matter. We protect the innocent." Lloyd said. " No matter if they think we're villains, we all know we are heroes. And not that vigilante type shit." I stand up. "And Soto said the map is on that ship. If we wanna stop Nadakhan, we need it." Nya added. " Well, what are we waiting for? I thought we were all itching to get back into action." Kai added as well.

" Pull your flying vehicle over now!" The commissioner said over a megaphone at the flying ship. " Hehe, I-It's been too long, Captain." Clancee stuttered. "It has, hasn't it, Clancee?" Nadakhan agreed. We were back in our gi's and running across rooftops, thankfully my ribbon is now gone and I'm not in pain. "For our own safety, travel in pairs. We need to protect the people, but also get that map." Lloyd told us.

" I forgot, what does the map look like?" Cole asked. " It's in a lantern so look for a lantern boys, and gal." I reminded. " Ninja, go!" We all shouted and jumped into action. " Protect the people, Commissioner. We'll take care of the menace." Lloyd told the police as he, Cole, and I ran off. "Why didn't you arrest them?" The commissioner asked an officer.

" It sounds like they were trying to help." The officer told him. "You might be soft, but I'm not." The commissioner grabbed a trazer and ran after us." Whoa, who knew the commish was so nimble?" Another officer added.

The ships anchor destroyed the road. " That is not cool. But this is!" Zane used his shurikens but Flintlocke shot them down. " Now it's my turn." Flintlocke aimed at them. Nya sprayed water and Zae and her got closer. Nya took off her hood, shocking Flintlocke.

"Boy, you're real ugly." Cole said, looking at Dogshank. " I'm not a boy, I'm a lady." Dogshank jumped from the ship and body-slammed Cole before throwing him to the side. Lloyd watched Cole get thrown as he and Doubloon fought. But Doubloon know Spinjitzu. " So he knows, Spinjitzu! Let's see if he knows Airjitzu."

Lloyd, me, and Cole used Airjitzu to get onto a sign. "Forget him. We need to get that lantern!" Lloyd pointed to the ship and we flew there. Kai and Jay barely missed a barrel that exploded. "I'm going after that lantern." Kai told Jay as he ran to the ship. "Wait, we're supposed to stay together!" Jay shouted and ran after him but Clancee stopped him.Jay eventually caught up just as Nadakhan took Kai away. " No! KAI!"

" Huh? Where are we? What did you do?" Kai asked the Djinn. " I thought a little privacy might be in order. You were in such a rush. For what? Let me help you. You can wish for it." " The only thing I wish is for you to take me back." Kai, you fucked up. " Your wish is yours to keep." The two go back in time. "This isn't Ninjago City. This isn't my wish. I told you to take me back." Kai at Nadakhan.

" Ah, but how far back? This is Ninjago City. Dare I say, the humble beginnings of it." Kai saw someone carrying weapons. " Wait a minute., is that?" " Your father? Yes. I believe he is around your age now. A little more pathetic." Nadakhan insulted.

Younger Ray knocked on a good, " Well, pirate activity is on the rise. Protect yourself with a custom-made weapon and—" The homeowner slammed the door on him. Ray dropped his weapons. " Ugh. A little help?" Past Ray asked Kai.

"Ugh. This isn't what I wished for." Kai repeated. " Why won't you help your poor father? He's right there. You could spend some quality time." Nadakhan suggested. " Please, friend, I just need a hand." Past Ray looked at him. " Dad?" Kai grunted, " I wish you could take me back. Back to when things were good. Back to before all this mess, when people likes us and bad guys like you were never a problem. Back to the days when girls were crazy for me." Kai told the Djinn.

"Your wish is yours to keep." Kai was back in Ninjago City. But no one was around. " Where is everyone? I said that—" "You said a lot for one wish. Too much to make any sense. But the girls are crazy for you." The Djinn cut him off. " Kai!" A woman shouted and girls started to surround him.
