I noticed everyone was setting the food on the table, but Carmen was no where to be found.

I walked around the corner seeing her stare up at the sky.

"Are you ok C?" I asked her.

"Yes, I just missed this place that's all. Missed the adventures with my sister." She said.

I put my arm around her shoulder and told her to come sit at the table which she followed.

Letty POV

I was sitting on Doms lap while the family was talking. I noticed Carmen staring at me and I felt something in my chest, I'm unsure what the feeling was. I feel like I know her, I know that I know her, but who is she.

Roman than bit into a chip which caused Brian to look up, point and say "First bite, he's got grace. House rules man, house rules."

"Any of this feel familiar to you?" Dom asked.

"No." I replied... "But it feels like home."

"That's good enough for me." He said.

"Coming back home C?" He asked Carmen.

She looked up and smiled slightly, looking between us both. "Maybe for another ride." She said.

Dom chuckled.

"Ok, Roman. Bless our table." Dom said, causing everyone to bow heads and hold hands.

"Father, thank you for the gathering of friends. Father, we give thanks for all the choices we've made, because that's what makes us who we are. Let us forever cherish the loved ones we've lost along the way. Thank you for the little angel, the newest addition to our family. Thank you for bringing Letty home. And most of all, thank you for fast cars."

Carmen's POV

After the barbecue the family split in different areas. Tej and I were walking, I was going back to Brazil.

"So, am I gonna see you again?" He asked.

I stood on my toes, grabbing his face to kiss him. That was the best kiss I've ever had in my life.

"Maybe. I want you to be safe."

"I'll try." He said and chuckled.

We came to a stop and looked each other in the eyes, what a magical moment.

"I never could've did this without you." I said to him, smiling.

"It's just love and fast cars baby, that's what we do."
