Chapter 2:

Dom's p.o.v

Roman yelled, "This is crazy. We're not in Brazil...So now we got cars flying in the air, on some 007-type shit? This is not what we do!"

"Man you really gotta check that emotion. Your voice just went from shaggy to scooby-doo. This is not what we roo roo roo." Tej said making everyone laugh. Including C.

I'm not one to know much about love besides when it comes to Letty, but I think these two right here will make a great couple.

"See man when a woman starts shooting at you, that's a clear sign to back the f**k off. We need to get the hell out of dodge. That could've been my forehead, man." Roman said.

"I'm done, you're all patched up Dominic." C said. She called me Dominic she only called me that when something was bothering her.

Tej's p.o.v

"No. That's not as big as your forehead." I said which caused everyone to laugh. Roman actually went to feel his forehead which made me laugh even harder.

Brian got up to call Mia. I really wonder sometimes when I'll get to settle down with the love of my life and have a life with her. In this line of work it just doesn't seem possible.

I overheard Dom and Brian talking about him getting shot and how he looked at her. That was until I got distracted with Roman messing with my things.

"Aye, don't touch that. That's nothing to play with man."

"What the problem?" Romans' bald headed self asked.

"That's high-tensile titanium cable." I reply

"What does that mean?"

"That's what they use to anchor buildings and hold up bridges. Stuff you know nothing about. See now they version it works cool. But, mine it's a masterpiece. See how I reversed the gears torqued the motor and added this tank to the back." I answered

"That makes it even sweeter." Roman says while taking it out of my hands. He just doesn't learn does he.

"It's not dummy proof." I tell him.

He tells me how he's known to handle big guns and things like that. I hear Hans taking to Dom and than just like that the idiot Roman launched cable to shoot almost hitting Dom.

Dom looks at us and I just point to Roman. Giselle and Carmen come in probably because they heard the noise.

"You have a piece of glass stuck in your arm." Carmen says. I guess she was talking to me because Roman started to walk away and Giselle went with Hans.

"I didn't even notice." I tell her truthfully.

"Come with me, I'll stitch it up." She says with that beautiful Spanish? Yes Spanish accent. It's very heavy and I wonder why Letty didn't have it. That's something I'll ask when we get Letty.

I follow her into the garage and sit on the hood of my car. She gets her first aid kit and this gives me a chance to finally see what she's wearing. Damn it fits her so well.

"Ahem" she breaks me out of my thoughts. She goes to say something, but it looks as if she's debating.

"What's wrong?" I ask her.

"I'm um- I'm going to need you to take off your shirt." She says, with a blush? Did I make her blush? She's cute when she blush's.

I take off my shirt so she can work on the cut.

"This may sting a little bit. I'm going to take the glass out. Clean up the blood and then stitch you up okay? You're a smart guy I think you know this already." She says.
