"Welcome to English class my new student listeners!!!" Uncle Zashi screamed excitedly from the front of the classroom. I giggled as saw the different reactions.
It was the second day of high-school. Currently my class was going through their morning lessons, consisting of a normal education that we were used to. The last morning class before lunch was English, of course taught by, Present Mic.
"Its the voice hero: Present Mic," Midoriya whispered not so quietly a few chairs down.
We all stumbled our way through class, I kept mixing up the placement of direct and indirect objects and how to word pronouns in English.
"Y/n, how do you say this sentence," Hizashi pointed at the board.
"Oh, um. Its well, 'The-the..."
Ringgg
Thank God
"Alright! That is the bell. See you all tomorrow dear listeners!" Hizashi waved us out.
All the students grabbed their bags and filed out for lunch.
"Pssst, Y/n!" I turned to see Uncle Zashi whispering to me.
Rolling my eyes with a smile I walked over.
"How was the first class?" He asked.
"Oh you did great! Sorry, I know I'm not that great at languages. Literature and reading are more up my alley," I admitted.
"Eh I can always help you later at home," he suggested.
"That'd be great. Hey Uncle Zashi?" I asked, "Do you know the plans for this afternoon?"
"I'm not quite sure princess, I'm not part of hero training today. I think you all get to work with All Might!"
"Oof, no pressure," I mumbled.
"Oh it'll be fine. He's more laid back than your dad. If you got through him you can survive all Might."
"Good point."
"Okay, get off to lunch!" He pushed me out of the classroom laughing.
After lunch we all met back into the classroom. The room buzzed with excitement at the prospect of our first official hero lesson.
"I AM HERE!!" The door bursted open, revealing a very bulky All Might, "Coming through the door, like a regular person!"
"Its All Might," voices whispered and some cheered. I watched him with a slight smile. I knew that my dad wasn't the biggest All Might fan, he often found him annoying and too energetic, but to be fair he found almost everyone annoying. I, on the other hand, admired All Might. He was one of the few top heroes that actually seemed decent and genuine.
"Are you all ready for your first hero lesson?" He asked excitedly. He got no answer.
"Ah, well," he continued awkwardly, "First things first. All heroes need: A COSTUME!"
This announcement was met with more energy.
"Yes! The costume designs you submitted upon entry have been processed. Now you can each take your costumes and get changed. When you're finished meet back at Battle Ground B for some training!" With that All might threw some packages at us, and we all eagerly went to the locker rooms.
As all the other girls around me started changing I unpacked my costume design. For the time being it wasn't very functional. But damn, it was cute. I wanted it to resemble my quirk, which was controlling metal. To compliment that there was a lot of black with metal accents. Slowly I pulled it on, finishing by buckling my new belt onto my waist. In there I kept a knife, my shurikens, and some other handy metal objects.
