PART 13 - BLEND

"Here comes the pretty Princess!" Sasha shouted when they enter the bar. Armin's behind Mikasa, his hands were loosely holding on her waist, guiding and protecting her. 

When Mikasa looked at the couch, she saw that there's a bunch of them. And most of them were like… don't have interest on this party? Mikasa chuckled before continued walking and sat on one of the free seat. Armin instantly sat down beside her.

Mikasa smirked when an idea popped into her mind.

"Hey, Armin! I'll just dance a bit, okay?" She said casually. They could hear each other's voice since they're in a room. They could hear the music outside but it's not that loud. And the room's wall is transparent too. They could watch the crowd dancing and partying.

Armin looked at her and his brows furrowed. And then he sighed, look down before he brought his gaze on her again. Mikasa still has her smirked plastered on her lips.

"Fine. But I'll come with you." He sounded like her boyfriend right now.

Mikasa laughed on the thought of it but at the other side, she remember Eren.

Is he coming? Or is he invited or something? I wanna see him, so bad.

She said on her mind. But her smirked never faded. Mikasa shook her head and decided to blend in the crowd. It's a bar, and it's time for her to relax and have some fun.

Mikasa heard Armin shouting her name but she instantly closed the door. She knows that she'd been watch by the people inside even if she's outside. Mikasa could feel their eyes on her. She went down the stairs.

Waitress serving some wine and such are roaming around the place. When one of them passed over her, before she could walk away, she get one glass and said her thank you in a silent way. The waitress bowed her head before she totally walk away.

Mikasa then smiled once again before she started walking towards the crowd and blend in. She started dancing with the beats. She danced herself, even if she got bumped by someone, she'll just smirk and continued dancing. Swaying her hips with her arms in the air.

30 minutes had passed since she started blending in the crowd and she could feel her world spinning whenever she'd open her eyes. She emptied a lot of glass for that 30 minutes. She don't have a planned to be wasted tonight but she guess that this is just one time.

Then minutes later she felt a warm arm wrapped around her waist. She just smiled while her eyes were close. Mikasa just let that arm wrapped around her waist and later on, she felt its hot breath on her ear. It tickles her a bit so a low chuckled escaped from her mouth.

The man behind her caressed her waist. And for some reason, Mikasa puller herself out of the man's arms. Even if her world's spinning, she could actually see him. Her eyes slightly widen in shock but after that her face became blank and it feels like she's not wasted anymore.

She look at him from head to toe. And after that, she look at his face again.

Fvcking ugly as before.

She wants to walk out of that scene. So she turned around and to her surprise, she bumped into someone' chest. And since her face is buried on his chest, she could smell his man's manly perfume.

Her favorite scent.

She look up to him while Eren's looking at the man who danced with her earlier. Eren has this cold expression on his face while his eyes seems like daggers. Mikasa look in front of her and saw him smirked before turning his back on them.

Once again, she look at Eren and before she could stare at his face, Eren pulled her out of the crowd. He pulled her in a full force, Mikasa couldn't do anything but to let him pull her while she's being beaten up by the people she'd been bumped into. There's something inside her that tells her not to say something.

Her thoughts halted when she literally bumped so hard on Eren's back. Mikasa distanced herself a bit and with her other hand, she caressed her forehead. She's pouting like a child while her eyes were on the floor.

"Found her, Eren?" Mikasa could hear Sasha's worried voice.

She look up and lowered her hand and slightly peeked on them. Sasha's eyes widen and immediately sighed in relief before running towards her. Eren stop holding her wrist and walked towards a sofa. Mikasa couldn't talk to him because of Sasha. Mikasa could only look at him.

Mikasa answered all of her questions with a smile before she excused herself that she's feeling a little dizzy so Mikasa walked towards Armin and sat beside him. She wants to sit beside her man but she knows that she can't. She exactly knows that and she hated it.

Mikasa rest herself on the sofa, and later on, her head fell into Armin's shoulder. Her dizziness came back after that scene and her head's really aching right now. She heaved a heavy sigh and just let herself rest on Armin's shoulder.

On the other side, Armin just let her rest. Armin just silently watched Eren, who's blending in the people around him. Eren never darted his gaze on their side so Armin could really tell that something bad really happened when he found her. Armin could just shook his head and just ignore their quarrel.

Mikasa opened her eyes when she felt a warm palm tapping her cheeks, wanting to wake her up. Mikasa slowly sit up straight and look at Armin. But Armin didn't said anything and just look in front where Sasha's standing. Even if her head's still aching a bit, she look at her friend discussing about something that can't even enter her mind. She just woke up from a short time of rest and she could really tell that she's pissed. Pissed of herself.

But she came back to herself when she does actually heard some of her words. But those words aren't just normal words, those were like daggers that are stabbing directly at her chest. Mikasa could only look at Sasha with a blank expression but the truth is… her heart's been broken. She slowly turned her head on Eren, expecting him that he's already looking at her with an eyes telling her that he had a proper explanation on what's happening.

But she expect too much. Her man's smiling and laughing. Not because of her but because of the woman beside her. Jealousy creep into her and she just want to walk out and sulk herself inside her house.

Why… is this happening?
