In the Free City of Lands of The Crown of Perun.

For short, Free City of Mt. Vitor.

Third Meeting of The Conference of The Union to The Perun Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response.*

There was six persons sat circling the table with various appearances and ages.

Among them, a young woman with green eyes stood out not because she was the prettiest but because she constantly yawned and ate while listening to other party's speech.

"... Koroan Kingdom asks for assistance to relieve the outbreak."

"What about Sneg Tribe living there?" asked an old man with a mole under his grey eyes.

The same middle-aged woman who read the report answered readily.

"The outbreak didn't reach their land so they will not give a hand."

Some people muttered in their breath, "Those selfish spirits..."

"Koroan Kingdom is the most devastated after the outbreak. Not just certs, humans and zmajs also affected by distortion energy heavily. More than one third of the citizen there died because of it."

The green-eyed young woman butted in after she swallowed the food in her mouth.

"Are they in coma as their life force is sucked dry by it?"

The middle-aged woman nodded and a black-eyed man frowned in annoyance.

"It attacked our mental force that's why young certs are forced to berserk, while our nobles below grand duke are forced under coma, and zmajs not divine beings or above slowly lose the control of their attribute. I guess that's the reason there is almost zero casualties in spirit's side."

This time, it was a six years old body and black-eyed boy who opened his mouth.

"It is indeed attacked our mental force, but the indicator for zero casualties isn't them who have strong mental force."

He pointed a finger to himself and the green-eyed young woman. They were oddly similar with the drowsy look. "But them who have no affinities with energies."

"That's..."

"No way!"

"Hmm."

Without caring even if he interrupted others, he continued.

"Think about it, why a kingdom made of best magicians could be so devastated when an empire with only mediocre talents that cannot even be called magician suffered below a thousand heads."

"That sounds about right, First Young Master Chernyshevsky."

The black-eyed boy clicked his tongue when heard the green-eyed young woman's word.

"Why don't you speak out loud too, First Young Miss Fedorov?"

"But I don't have any opinion?" she said in question while picking another grape from the plate. She glanced at him before yawning and at the same time put the grape in her mouth. "I need to fill my stomach full first to make my brain work correctly."

"That's enough, Miss Vetrova, Lord Lukaev." The old man with a mole intervened before it became an argument. "Princess Meriynle, I heard you found something else."

A young woman with bright yellow eyes who from the beginning is silent finally spoke, she looked so calm and full of dignity of a royalty.

"We found a marble filled with od in one of the victim."
