Chapter 36 :mijo

Camila's pov
I don't understand what is happening but all of sudden everyone started asking questions about Lauren, I mean I get it they would like to ask questions about what happened and that's totally normal but why are they asking where she was born ?where she grew up ?what does she do ? how do we met? why the heck are they being so personal, it has nothing do with them so why are they asking me this type of questions, shouldn't they be more worried about Shawn? who is still lying all beaten up in his bed.

The first thing I did in the morning was getting the hell out of that insane house, I might be exaggerating but there is something so strange about it that I don't know how to describe it.

When I reach home, I was quite surprised to see there was no one in my room, I thought maybe Lauren would be there but it was totally empty and there's no way she could have left for office because it shouldn't start for another two hours.
However, I had the feeling that she was with the girl who defend her !! again how much she called Laura? Lucy? I don't even care
I said to myself getting in the shower

A part of me wanted to wait for Lauren to come home and talk but my ego is way too big to come a decent conclusion.

As I wanted to finish this dilemma that I was going through I dressed up quickly and left for office.

furthermore, I was left quite surprised as soon as I reach the Cabello corporation, Lauren getting out of some unknown car with a big smile in her face. Somehow this made me extremely angry, I shouldn't feel like this but I do.
And if that wasn't enough Mrs. Jauregui was WEARING her clothes, no one in hell Lauren own that filthy T-shirt.

And as I suspected earlier, she was really with Laura, I know the possibility of me and Lauren being together is not much moreover catching feelings yet I can't help myself to hate this girl without even knowing her.

3rd person's pov

As Camila keep staring at the green-eyed girl who felt really under odd and observation, turned her head slightly to see in front in where there was a reflection of Camila, annoyed.
She didn't need to ask she already knew it was because of what happened yesterday. Unintentionally her hands moved to her cheek where she slapped her.
To be completely honest with herself she was ashamed of how she acted but she didn't regret her actions. That guy deserves it. It was unfortunate Shawn had to jump in the middle because all the anger shifted on him.

"Lauren I'd like to have a conversation with you Alone " said Camila joining Lauren and Lucy after she noticed Lauren's action

Lucy moved between them and asked "why? If it's about yesterday we will talk with our attorney"

"I AM TALKING TO LAUREN "expressed Camila annoyed

"I AM TALKING TO YOU" retorted back Lucy

"I swear I'm going to fire your ass if you don't let me talk to Lauren " said Camila clenching her fist

"I DON-" Lucy was about to yell but Lauren come from behind and whispered in her ear

"Thanks Lu but I can manage from here" whispered with a caring

Lucy knew it was useless to even try and change her mind so she nodded and left.

"Can we go now? "Asked Camila and Lauren nodded

As soon as they entered Camila's office Lauren wished she didn't come here

"Look whatever we talk here, don't punish Lucy for my deeds, she shouldn't be harmed because of me "

"So now you care only about her, is this why you accepted talk to me?" ask Camilla getting closer with an irritated tone

"Huh?" whispered Lauren perplex

"What are you talking about?" Said Lauren with confusion in her voice

"don't act like you don't understand? Do you think I am stupid? That I don't know what's happening between you and Laura?" after hearing that Lauren just stood there thinking 'what's wrong with her? what is she talking about?'

"In my defense I'd like to say I think you're pretty normal, but there is something wrong with you today! definitely because I don't understand what you are talking about, who the heck is even Laura and what's happening between us? I mean what can even happen between someone I don't even know" said Lauren trying put her confusion in words

"You are worse than I thought, now you're going to even pretend that you don't know her when only a few minutes ago you were defending her" expressed Camila with an angry look

"Oh, my damn goat, are you talking about LUCY?" said Lauren as soon as she realizes what Camila meant

"Do I look like I care what's her real name is? the only thing which matters to me is you" answered Camila without even realizing what she's saying

"You have a funny way to show people how you care, I mean do you go around slapping everyone YOU have ever cared for?" remarked Lauren remembering what happened yesterday, it's not about if it hurts or not physically it's about getting hurt by their action emotionally and to be honest Lauren can still feel those emotion till now.

"Look about that I'm sorry I lost control; I know I shouldn't have slapped you but can you judge me? you were literally about to kill him if I didn't intervene "noted Camila

"I know that I lost my control yesterday, I am fully aware of that but do you know why? "This time it's Lauren with voice full of emotion going towards Camila trying seek her answers

"I don't care what happened or whatever was your reason, you shouldn't have hit Shawn that's it and that's all I care about"

"that's what you care about not me, and as matter of fact it mattered to me what was happening, yes, I'm sorry that I hit Shawn but he shouldn't have come between me and that guy, I don't care if he's your or his friend but when someone is wrong is wrong and if I need to punish them I will, I don't care what will happen to me I will do as I please. "

" so you admit your anger towards Shawn was totally unreasonable" pointed Camila

" not really he shouldn't have come between us, he saw his friend was harassing that waitress but still didn't say a word, The least he could have done is staying away when I was taking care of that matter" answered Lauren

"WHAT ? Michele was harassing the waitress?!" Said Camila and Lauren nodded " in that case I'll support whatever you want you have done but still it wasn't your place to harm Shawn the way you did he was literally having trouble breathing" making Lauren realise she did go over the limit

"Honestly I know I lost control I do but it's already done and I cannot undo it, so it's better if I see forward and be prepared for what is coming for me" Lauren expressed herself knowing really well what's gonna happen to her

" what ever will happen we will go together doesn't matter if I need to go against Shawn or the world I'll stand by you Lauren" said Camila getting closer to Lauren and looking at her with hopeful eyes

As much as Lauren loves this type of closures with Camila , it also hurts her knowing what ever is happening is only friendship and can never be more than this, however this little action by The brown eyed girl makes her hope more also after hearing what she said.

Both of them were lost in their little moment until they heard someone clearing there throat

Lauren let go of a sigh and bowed her head while Camila looked over Lauren's shoulder who was it

"Hii may I come in ? " asked Mike

"Yes?" Said Camila unsure

"I'm here to talk about Lauren " said Mike

"Look as I told you before what ever you are thinking of doing, go ahead but I promise you I won't let you harm her" said Camila getting defensive

"I just wanna meet her, that's all, I don't wanna harm her in anyway!"

"And why would you like to meet me?" Asked Lauren turning to face the men who was talking to Camila
