"Some people simply don't feel comfortable sharing there pain camila and one of em is my mom, she just hate the idea of someone suffering for her, in fact me you and mr Cabello were the only one to know till your best friend decided go around share   business that does not involve her, I mean I don't have nothing against Normani knowing this but at least she should have asked me first " said Lauren a little irritated, she knew she didn't have any right because she was wrong but again she is a human and when your lie is about to get cough is normal to get defensive

"Oh you are right but whatever Dinah did is for my well-being I hope you understand and sorry for all the inconvenience, I'm really sorry " although Lauren was defensive in her explanation but her excuse was plausible, making Camila believe in her more and most importantly felt guilty which wasn't what Lauren wanted but she knew is better to leave the situation like this

Because guilt was the only emotion which will avert Camila from finding the truth

You may ask why?

Well when we feel guilty about something we tend to ignore most oblivious truth in front of us and Lauren was very much aware of this

So when she sensed Camila's hesitation apologising, she knew she was safe

At least for now

Although doing this Lauren felt shitty she was to afraid to lose all progress they have made and no way in hell she was about to jeopardise it

"It's ok we should get read for office " which camila answered by nodding her head still feeling guilty

Camila can be attributed to so many things but one thing about her , she actually cared for people outside her family and friends

She really did

And feeling like she caused a problem, she wanted to prevail by doing something for Lauren as a real apology

It might have been a problem if she decided to go to Lauren's mom and apologised to her, but she couldn't do that

First she never met her
And secondly she doesn't even know if Lauren family have any idea about her

So she thought to do something simple yet special so they can forget about this incident and move on

Knowing Lauren was in bathroom she decided to call Dinah
