Chapter 20

It was time.

We were placed in a big build. The hero's waited for the signal to enter while the me and Sero entered.

Step one is underway.

We ran around the building and sealed a fair amount of doors with Sero's tape. This would confuse the heroes into thinking one of them is the door that leads to the room the bomb is in, because they don't have a map of the place and they don't even know what floor it's on. He sealed the doors really strong so that they would have to use nearby objects to take down. On the second floor, I entered a room and he sealed it behind me. It looked like an office. I climbed and waited above the door like I did in Robā's jerkbag bully's house. Sero finished sealing the doors and talked to me over the earpieces we were given.

"I got the doors sealed. The bomb rooms is extra hard to get into, I made sure of it." "Good. Now we just wait."

I heard the horn go off for the heroes to enter. "They're here," I informed Sero. "Gotcha." And we began our wait. I made sure Sero blocked off random hallways as well. "Of course, bro," he reassured me. Just then, I heard a loud ripping-like sound from the first floor and a disappointed voice. I couldn't hear what the voice said nor make out who the source was. "They found the first trap," I told Sero. Another rip "They seem to be opening each door. Just as planned." More sounds came from below as they approached the stairs. "Almost to my floor." "Hope they fall for it," worried Sero. "Don't worry. This tape is extra thick. That would look suspicious, wouldn't it?" A rip sounded to the next room over. Damn. Already? "Their approaching," I whispered into the earpiece. "Won't talk for a bit." "Got it."

"This tape looks really thick, ribbit," a voice said from below. Tsu. "Oh yeah! Think this is the one?" Ochako.

"Possibly. Make something heavy float if you can." I heard some shifting made by a heavy object, followed by a groan. Ochako's already getting her drawback. Suddenly, the tape under me broke and something crashed into the wall on the other side of the room. I had to hold on tight so I wouldn't fall. Tsu entered the room followed by Ochako holding her stomach.

Perfect.

I leaped high and landed in front of Tsu. "It's Midoryia!" I turned my head to the side. "You miss me?" "Ochako, run! Find the bomb! I got him!" Tsu called behind her. Ochako nodded and obeyed. Just as planned.

Tsu stretched her tongue out at me. I dodged easily and slowly approached her, reaching for the sticky material in my pocket. She saw this and tried to pounce on me. I pulled out the tape, grabbed one of her hands, and put some tape halfway around her wrist. I quickly grabbed her other hand and tossed the two together, taping them. I broke off some of the tape, bent down, and tied her legs together. Using the last bit of tape, I attached the tape on all limbs together, so the tape was all one again, making sure she was comfortable all the while. "Gotcha," I teased. I looked down at her surprised face. "Now be a good girl and stay." I turned and, with one last glance behind me, ran to aid Sero or to catch Ochako before she got to him. "Tsu has been contained. I wrapped the tape up hard enough you need a really sharp object to get her loose, and Ochako does not have that. Ochako escaped. Checking what rooms she's been in," I whispered to Sero. "Ok. Let me know what floor she's on once you find her."

"Ok."

I came upon room after room with small holes in them. The trial led to the stairs. I told Sero that she at least got to his floor as I climbed up. "Ok. I'll keep an eye out." I came upon a maze-like room. She could be anywhere. Dammit. I'm at a disadvantage. "Why the hell did you not tell be about this maze room?" I whispered-yelled at Sero. "Sorry! Didn't think you would be done with Tsu so soon," he confessed. "Can you at least tell me how to get to you?" Sero whispered instructions on how to get to him from where I'm at, and I followed them to a hallway with a taped up door down the hall. I knocked on the tape. "Is that you?" He whispered. "Yeah. How do I get in? I looked around and spotted a tiny hole.

Really?

I jumped to it and climbed through with ease. Once I was through, the hole was instantly sealed with tape. "Good," Sero said. I glared at him. "Do you need to make it that obvious that I'm short?" "Yes, in fact, I do." I rolled my eyes as his answer. "I'm gonna hide above the door so I can get the jump on her," I told him as I did so. He leaned on a nearby wall under me so he could surprise her, to. Soon enough, I heard noises through the tape and a grumpy "Really?" followed by a dust cloud.

She had broken through.

Ochako stepped over the debris and looked at the bomb. "There it is!" She ran to it. Before she could reach it, tape covered her and she fell to the floor. Sero has stopped her. The horn went off as I jumped down. "The hero team has been captured. The villain team has won," a voice boomed. Sero went to untie Ochako as I headed to get Tsu.
