Missing You - Hwang Hyunjin

(I write this because I miss Hyunjin so very much😭. I hope he is doing fine right now. I hope he's taking a lot of rest and also taking care of himself♥️ OT8 forever!!!)

After the rumors and statement from JYP about Hyunjin was all over the news, you got worried about him. You didn't hesitate to run to go him even tho you were in the middle of practice with your members. You called him but he was unreachable. You look everywhere for him in the company when suddenly you saw him coming out from JYP office alongside with his members.

You notice how sad he look and carefully ran toward him. They all notice your presence and try to avoid your stare especially Hyunjin who was looking down on the floor.

"I know you didn't do it. I believe you Hwang Hyunjin" you said, tapping your chest.
"Thanks y/n" he gave you a sad smile that break your heart to see him like that.
"Jinnie, I...I meant all of us trust you" you said, trying to hold in your tears.

Hyunjin didn't reply you but just stare in your eyes. BangChan pat Hyunjin on the back and signaling him to go home to ease his mind. Hyunjin did as his leader tell him to do while you watch his back facing you and walk away with his manager.

"Everything is going to be ok right?" You turn yourself to face BangChan.
"JYP hyung said that he will put Hyunjin in hiatus for a while" BangChan said making you disbelief of what you just heard.
"But he didn't do anything wrong!!! He's innocent. He was just someone is going through puberty and didn't meant for his action back then!! We all went through those phase!" You furiously said.
"Y/n...please calm down" Changbin put his hand on your shoulder but you push his hand off.
"Please!!! Tell JYP sumbaenim that Hyunjin is innocent and he doesn't deserve to be treated this way!!"  You plead, clenching on BangChan shirt.
"I'm sorry y/n. I can't do that. We have to follow his command" BangChan apologetic said making your tears build up.
"He doesn't deserve to be treated like this!" You said and broke in tears.

You squat down, hugging your knees while letting out your cry in the hallway. The boys stare at you with sympathy because they know how much Hyunjin's rumor and statement from JYP affect you. They all squat down to your level and pull you into a group hug.

Ever since that day, you haven't been in touch with Hyunjin because he turn his phone off so that he won't get call from the press. He even went to his parents house so that he can take better rest and doesn't get disturb. You in the other hand was feeling so lonely without Hyunjin being in the company nor talk to him for the longest time.

You and him are the closest with each other and never once you separate from that long without talking with each other. Everytime, SKZ have practice or you see any member in the company you will always ask them about Hyunjin but all their answer are the same.

They also don't know when he will be coming back from hiatus. You were growing impatient from the hiatus and wanted to ask JYP your self to bring Hyunjin back but BangChan prevent you  to do so.

"Why can't I do it!!" You raise your voice at BangChan.
"Y/n!! Please calm yourself and think about it before you act" BangChan sternly said making the atmosphere stiff.
"I don't care!!! Hyunjin doesn't deserve to treat like this! The truth have already out and he's prove to be innocent so why JYP is still keeping him in hiatus!!??" You ask furiously.
"I don't know ok?! I also wanted Hyunjin to be back..we all do!! but he need rest from all those rumors y/n. He been through a lot and I don't want one of my kids to go through such pain again" BangChan said while running his hand through hair and let out a deep sigh.
"I miss him" you said as tears keep streaming down your cheeks.
"We all do y/n" Jisung's said and pull you into a hug.
"We just have to be patient and wait for his comeback" Minho said and pat your back.
"I'm sorry for letting it all out at you guys...I know you all having it hard just as I am" you said under your sobbing.

They all give you a group hug and you cried again.

Everytime, you saw SKZ in the company, you will always take a peak to see whether Hyunjin is back but still no where to be seen. Your team member always try to cheer you up and you are thankful for them but you just can't smile like you always do without Hyunjin beside you.

Until one day, you got a message from BangChan. You excuse yourself from your practice and run toward their dance room. You open the door making a loud ''bang' that caught everyone attention. You see one familiar back that you miss so much. He turn around at the door due to surprised by the loud bang only to be greet by you running toward him.

You and him stumble a bit due to your excitement but he manage to balance you a nod himself, preventing you both from falling.

"Yah!! You almost made us fall!" He scold you but you didn't care and hug him like there is no tomorrow.
"Do you miss me that much?" He ask, hugging you back while caressing your back.

You didn't said anything but gave him a nod. He can feel his shirt is getting wet from your tears so he embrace you closer in his embrace and he can hear your sobbing. The rest was happy to see you that joyful  to see he's back.

"Please don't leave me alone like that again. It feel so empty without you" you mumble on his chest but he can hear you clearly.
"I will try my best to stay with you this time. Sorry for making you wait long" he said, resting his chin on the top of your head while caressing your head.
"Don't be sorry. I'm just happy that you're back Hwang Hyunjin" you said, hugging him tighter.

He was smile widely to see that you are this happy to see him so he plant a kiss on top of your head and whisper in your ear.
"Thank you for believing me and wait for me, y/n" he whisper and you nod while still snuggling on his chest.
