Finding Aurora

Chapter 14

Damiens POV

I was still pretty mad at Jason from earlier actually I was furious. He needs to learn to respect us.

After my shower I headed downstairs and saw Aurora playing tag with Leo and Nathan. She looked like she was having so much fun.

Then I received a call from Stone.

"Do you want the good or bad news first?" Stone asked.

"I guess good"

"I found Jason. He was in an underground boxing match. I watched his fight and he's pretty damn good"

"What's the bad news?" I asked Stone.

Stone took a pause before answering "after I had found him again he punched me in the face and got away"

"How the hell did you let that happen" I started to yell into the phone.

Aurora, Leo, and Nathan all looked at me wide eyed and Aurora looked a bit scared.

I quickly left the room and went into the kitchen.

"I'm not sure it all happened so fast.."

"I don't wanna hear it. Find him" I said hanging up the phone.

Jason's behavior needs to change now or else I'm going to lose it.

"Leo and Nathan get in here now" I yelled to them.

They all walked in with Aurora right behind them.

"Sweetheart can you please go back into the living room so the adults can talk?"

Aurora only nodded her head and looked a bit upset that she wasn't included.

"Who was that on the phone?" Leo asked.

"Stone. He said he found Jason but he got away and cannot find him"

"How the hell did he get away?" Nathan said.

"Apparently he punched Stone and ran"

"Damn glad there's somebody that isn't scared of Stone" Leo said a bit proudly.

"His behavior needs to change now. He needs to understand that I'm in charge and not him".

Auroras POV

I was a bit upset that Damien wouldn't let me listen to them talking.

I just sat down on the couch and waited for them to finish.

Minutes later the door opened to a very angry Stone.

He had a very evil look in his eyes and it frightened me.

I tried to duck behind the couch so he wouldn't see me.

"Aurora what are you doing?" Leo asked.

I hadn't noticed that they had left the kitchen and entered the living room.

"H-hiding"

"From who?" Nathan asked.

I pointed my finger at Stone who still had an evil stare.

Stone just grunted and left the room with Damien following him.

"He's just not in a good mood. Do you wanna watch tv?" Leo asked.

"No I want Bubby"

I missed Jason it felt like forever since I had last seen him.

"Not right now. How about we go eat instead"

I didn't really feel like eating but it would help me not think about Jason for a bit.

I nodded my head and Nathan picked me up.

"What do you want?" Leo asked

"Umm.. pizza"

"Ok I'll order some what kind?"

"Cheese and no mushrooms they are yucky" I said making a disgusted face.

Leo and Nathan chuckled.

"Ok ill order that"

Around 10 minutes later the door opened.

I started yelling "PIZZA" and ran to the door but I was met with the opposite.

"Bubby" I shouted running towards him.

"I missed you so much princess" Jason said picking me up and hugging me.

"I missed you more" I said hugging him back.

"Jason where the hell have you been?"

Oh no Stone sounded angry.

"None of your business" Jason replied.

Jason started walking towards the stairs with me still in his arms.

"Get your ass back here now" yelled Damien.

I flinched at every word. I didn't like when people shouted at each other.

Jason didn't stop walking and headed toward his bedroom.

"Jason you better stop walking now or you will regret it"

Jason quickly shut his bedroom door and locked it.

"Bubby what's wrong?"

"We need to leave here. It's not safe anymore" Jason replied and started taking our old bags out of his closet.

"B-but I love it here"

"Aurora we are leav..." Jason was cut off with loud banging on the door.

"Let us in now or we will break this door down" shouted Damien.

I was beginning to tense up at the loud banging and shouting.

Jason didn't even say anything and just kept on packing our bags.

"Jason open this damn door"

I just sat on the bed and started crying.

"Princess it's ok. We will be away from all of this soon" Jason said trying to comfort me.

I only nodded my head.

Once Jason had finished packing our bags he picked me up and unlocked the door.

The door quickly flung open.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Stone said looking at our bags.

"We are leaving right now"
