Osamu Dazai is from an Anime called Bungo Stray Dogs. It's about a boy, Atsushi, who gets abandoned from his orphanage and meets a man, Dazai, whom ends up making Atsushi realize he has a skill that changes him into a beast. But soon afterwards, his life would never be the same again.
