"Alright I'll be heading out now, the plane leaves in about two hours so I want to get to the airport early." Hisashi said.

"I really don't like how you have to be gone so much. You almost never stay here for more than a week." Inko said.

"I know, but now this new job will help us make really good income. Soon we will be able to leave this apartment and find ourselves a new house."

Inko moved her eyes from her husband to the floor, as she pondered her thoughts.

"It's just that... me an Izuku miss you a lot while you are gone. And he really needs you in his life as he grows up."

Hisashi came up close. He wrapped his arms around his wife and kissed her on the forehead. She got all red and gave a slight smile.

"I promise, I'll come back. The same way I always have."

"Okay." She said.

"Izuku!" Hasashi called out.

He was playing on the floor with his all might figurine. When he heard his name called he got up and quickly scrambled over to his dad's front.

"Listen, daddy has to go out again but I will be back soon."

"Again? You were already gone for so long and it has only been a little while since you have been back..."

"Yes, but I have a new job now and it makes a lot more money so we can get a new place to live."

"Well I guess so. Then I can get more toys to play with, right?"

Hisashi got down on his knees and laughed. He was now eye to eye with his son.

"Well I suppose that's another good thing about it." He chuckled.

"Just so you know daddy, if you're ever in trouble. I will be like All Might and come to the rescue and save you! I will do anything to protect you and mommy. I'll become the number one hero just so you can be proud of me. Then I'll make enough money to buy you nice things too!"

Hisashi laughed.

"Well that's good to know buddy. I'll be waiting for the day that happens. Until then keep your head high. When I return we will go out to that favorite restaurant of yours."

Izuku's smile grew.

"Okay!"

Hisashi straightened his tie. Picked up his backpack and his suit case and opened the door. He waved at them one last time and then closed the door behind him. Not knowing, this would be the last time he would see his family for more than a decade.

"Please listen to me!" He shouted out into the roaring stadium.

The crowd fell dead silent as cameras pointed into the direction of Hisashi. Eyes gazed upon him. No sign of movement from the glacier or Todoroki. However even he stared up at Hisashi.

"I should have never taken that new job. When I got there..."

He paused for a brief moment as what he was about to say could decide the fate of Izuku and himself.

"I know this will be hard to believe but I was taken hostage. They wanted to acquire my skills and use them for their own company's growth. I was shut off with all contact to the outside world. I would spend days of tears locked away forced to keep working for them. I just wanted to go home to you, and your mother! However, I knew asking them wasn't going to get me anywhere. The reason why I didn't try anything before is because they had our information. They would come to our apartment and kill you, and they said they would force me to watch. I would have stayed there till the day I died until earlier this morning. Never did I know, that you actually got into U.A. Those words you said to me when you were still very young. That you would become the next number one. At the time I just played along with you because of your age and mindset. But I didn't expect you to get this far. I saw the T.V. in my cell broadcasting the festival live. I saw you and your friends. Using your quirks together to help each other beat the obstacle race. After I saw you standing there stronger than me. Stronger than anyone I have ever known. I felt a surge build up in me. I had to get out of there once and for all. Seeing you go so far. You gave me the feeling to fight back and show them that they cannot hold me back any longer. When it was time to be released for the showers. I entered the hall and used my quirk. I knew very well that they could have shot me but they didn't. They ran after me and that was the biggest mistake. I lit their whole corporation on fire using my quirk. Pushing beyond it's limits and possibly causing damage to my body. It didn't bother me though. I could see your body shaking and hurting but you didn't even take a second to consider the pain. That's what inspired me to keep going. I stole a car and got out of there and headed as far away as I could. No one bothered to chase me because their entire operation would soon be exposed as dozens of other victim's fought back with their life."
