Episode 34 - The finale (Part 1)

Y/n's PoV

Walking into college after weeks of absence felt so weird and uncomfortable. It was like my first day all over again, but I managed. Only some of the girls in the corridor seemed to notice me and whisper something briefly to each other. I kept my head straight not looking back, when their faint gasps echoed behind me.
I walked straight into the classroom where we usually have lecture every Wednesday morning. Soon, my eyes caught my noisy crackhead companion Lisa animatedly chattering to Yeonjun, who seemed to have just lost his mind and blinking at her blankly. The rest of the class had already settled down.
Yeonjun noticed as soon as I entered and waved after taking couple of seconds to realise that it was really me.
Lisa turned after seeing him wave.
Lisa: "Ommmooooo! Y/n ahhhh..."
She squealed charging towards me as if she'd seen me after centuries. I was happy to see her but was able to suppress my excitement in front of the entire class. Shutting my eyes tightly, I braced myself as she crashed into me ecstatically.
Lisa: "Oh my god! I missed you."
She yowled  as we both stumbled together onto the table on my right, knocking off the pink water bottle of the girl who's already occupied it. She groaned picking it from the floor as I mouthed a sorry to her holding Lisa.
Y/n: "I missed you too."
I confessed. Her insanely buoyant nature had always kept me sane, ever since I met her. I was really very grateful.
"Settle down please."
Our lecturer walked in and the instruction was clearly directed at us since rest of the class had already sat down including Yeonjun.
Quickly pulling away from me Lisa gave a loathing glance to our lecturer and led me by my hand to our desk, like I was a lost child. I followed behind her, waving to Yeonjun and sat down on my desk.
Lisa: "We have a lot to catch up."
She whispered to me eagerly and I nodded while pulling out my notepad from my bag preparing to take notes. My phone started pinging with message alerts since the time I sat down. Luckily, it was already on silent mode. I dared not to look, but I was certain it was Jungkook.
But the level of curiosity rose with every vibration alert and I painfully waited for the class to finish.
As soon as the lecturer finished and walked out of the class, everyone started to shuffle around and chatter. I eagerly pulled out my phone and Lisa grabbed me by my other hand.

Lisa: "Come on! We have to hurry before they takeover the study rooms."
She dragged me as I was too occupied with reading Jungkook's texts.

"Baby I'm bored."
He sent it literally after an hour into the day at the office.

"I miss you, this meeting is boring."
Another one had arrived in soon after the first one. I smiled to myself.

"Baby....😍"
Followed a selfie, he looked adorable with his duck pout.

"Y/n ahh... 🤨reply me.
I miss you 😟"
This one came about an hour ago.

I giggled dragging behind Lisa without noticing where she was really taking me.
Lisa: "Yey! This one's free. Thank god."
We both stumbled in through the wooden door with a long rectangular window. I looked up realizing she'd hauled me into one of the small private study rooms in the library. Here we would have the freedom to chat without being glared at by the librarian.
Carelessly, she dropped her bag on the floor and crashed on the chair opposite me. Leaning down, she grabbed her water bottle and chugged down all the water from the bottle.
Lisa: "Woaahh..."
She exhaled tiredly and grinned.

There were two more texts which I still hadn't read, so I went back to my screen while placing my bag on the huge square table.

"Reply me or I'll come there.😤"
He sent it about an hour ago.

"I'm coming! And I'm hungry! "
I sat up in alert after the last text.

It was sent just when the lecture ended, about twenty minutes ago.
