I DO NOT OWN ARROW
.
"FELICITY!" I CALLED making my way over to the blonde who was tapping away at her computer.
"Hmm?" She asked but I didn't reply as my attention was on the my computer screen that was next to Felicity's.
"Over the past 15 years, Mr. Redman has withdrawn more than $30 million from the plan's account."
"Mr. Redman claims refunding the halcyon pension plan has always been his intent." I hear the news reporter say as I stop, looking up at the television. "But sources say Redman was coerced by the vigilante."
"Of course." I muttered to myself, pausing the news so the drawn pciture of the vigilante was stuck on my screen, "Here's your coffee you asked for." I said placing the cup down next to her.
"Thanks Andrea, your the best." She replied taking a sip of her beverage, looking over at me then at the screen, "I see, he's the new talk now since Oliver Queen returned to Starling."
"I know, tell me about it." I said exiting out of the screen.
"Oh, shoot. Rea, I forgot to ask how you were since I heard what happened to you, Oliver and Tommy... Meryln? I never knew you were all good friends."
"Yeah, we are, but don't worry. I'm fine. Actually, that vigilate, " I used air quotations for the word vigilante, "saved us from thoses bandits."
"Well, i'm gald your okay." She said giving me a quick side hug before returning to her work on the computer.
.
"Ollie! Hey!" I say knocking on glass door to the officer that Oliver stood in, "I heard you were in so I thought I'd pop by." I said standing by the door way.
"Andrea, come in." Oliver said and I walked in giving him a quick hug.
"So, I forgot to ask how the trail was to bring you back from the dead."
"It went well..." Oliver trailed off.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I asked placing a hand on his arm.
He let out a sigh, "Walter and my mother asked me to lead the company." He explained.
"And that is bad, how?"
"Well, I don't want to lead anything and Walter is doing a pretty good job at running everything. They want me to be like my father."
"It's okay to say no to them. If you don't want to do something that you don't feel comfortable with, then it's fine. You feel out of place because you've just returned home. You have to get used to everything and all the changes around you." I say.
"Thanks Rea, seriously." He said giving me a hug again.
"No problem Ollie... I've got to go back to work so I'll see you later, yeah?" I question and he nods. I give a smile before making my way back to the elevator to go down to IT again.
Once I reached the floor, I walked over to Felicity again who was still too engaged in her work.
"Felicity, do you wanna hang out after work?" I ask taking a seat in my chair, rolling over towards her.
"Yeah, sounds great. I finish in thirty."
"Okay, I'll come over to yours? I need to visit Laurel first to give her some things she needs for her cases." I say.
"Yeah, that's fine. Call me. See you." Felicity replies. I wave goodbye before grabbing my coat and the paperwork for Laurel before walking out of Queen Consolidated.
