"If you want more food just tell me hunny, we have extra blankets too since I know it was chilly out"

"Thank you Mrs. Weekes"

Ryan gave her a fond smile as she left. Dallon groaned, tired out of his mind.

"She never treats me like that anymore"

"Yeah cause you're not cute enough anymore"

Dallon scoffed at his friend, nudging him in the side. Ryan elbowed him back, giving him a glare. They continued hitting each other, declaring it was even when it wasn't.

Dallon punched him once more. "Now it's ev-Caysei!? What are you doing here!?" A look of shock and confusion spread across his face.

Ryan seemed a little concerned. "Dallon, are you ok? Who are you yelling at?" Scratch that, really concerned.

Dallon rubbed his eyes with the palms of his hands, and the cat that jumped on his lap disappeared. Was he still half asleep?

"N-nothing, just thought I saw something"

Dallon's mother came into the kitchen, staring at her son with worry. She had randomly heard him yell out and was now watching a semi-scared Dallon stare at his lap.

"Oh Dallon, I think you should take a nice warm shower. You might have gotten a cold and now you're hallucinating"

She went up to him, putting her hand to his forehead to check his temperature. He was stone cold, yet sweating. Dallon left his seat, dashing upstairs and to the bathroom.

Why was he seeing things? He was sure he was fully awake, and he was sure Caysei did not exist and was just part of his dream. So why was he still seeing him?

Thoughts and thoughts flowed through his head as he looked himself in the mirror. What was going on? Everything was going fine and then boom that cat just...appeared.

At least he only broke character once. He better get an A+ in his theater class for his acting skills.

!¡!¡!¡!¡

"Dallon, why won't you wak-oh nevermind"

Dallon's body, which was shock filled, stood up abruptly. Ryan did as well, confused on what was wrong with him.

"Wait. Just wait let me think"

Dallon paced back and forth, rubbing his temples. He somewhat understood what was happening, nevertheless he was thinking hard on what to do.

"Ryan, what happened to your dad?"

"Nothing...? Dal what's wrong?"

"Ok then,"

Dallon stopped where he was, turning to 'Ryan'. He was smiling, proud that he figured it out without crying from using his brain so much.

"I love you"

!¡!¡!¡!¡

(3 worlds later...)

"Dal? Are you finally gonna wake up?"

Ryan shook Dallon with slight annoyance. He had passed out in Pete's bathroom for almost 4 hours now.

Dallon shot up, his heart racing. Ryan was sitting next to him, puzzled. Dallon looked panicked, as if he was going to cry right then an there.

"Ry I need to test something"

Ryan stopped him from speaking, covering Dallon's mouth with his hand. He was relieved that he knew what was happening now.

"No! Don't say it. It's me it's the real Ryan, Dal"

Dallon could have actually cried. He hoped this wasn't some prank. He needed to figure out what was happening, and he needed to figure it out now.

"If it's really you what happened after your dad died?"

"Caysei. Caysei happened. You wanna know something? This whole situation is Caysei's fault. Stupid fucking cat, shouldn't have picked him up"

Dallon was about to ask what he was talking about but Ryan was already pulling him to stand up.

"Listen, I've been through too many worlds to loose you again. We need to figure out how we can break this and go back to normal. Nobody we know is in the right world right now. Pete's down in the basement with Mikey. I really want to ask if it's the real him but I don't want to risk it, because if I do I'll have to reset again. First we have to figure out how to reset and still go into the same world"

Ryan went to speak again, but his stomach growled loudly. So did Dallon's.

"-after we eat"

!¡!¡!¡!¡

"Wait so you're telling me you saw old me?"

Dallon was listening to Ryan's stories, and how many worlds he had went through. There seemed to be a lot of them.

"Yeah, and apparently we were famous musicians...Jon Walker was our friend too"

"What did you look like?"

"Uuh I had longer hair, it was down to my shoulders. I was almost as tall as you, I had a little bit of a beard...and when I looked on my phone people were talking about something called ryllon? I don't know but it was cool"

Dallon was so invested in the story he didn't notice the panic Ryan's face had become. As if he had seen a ghost.

"Ryan? What's wrong?"

Ryan cleared his throat, shaking his head a little.

"Just..saw him again"

Okok so it's time to clear this up for those who are confused

Dallon and Ryan were normally living their life in the same world. Except when they saw Caysei they had actually ended up meeting a magic cat. As Ryan said. (#foreshadowing) but anyways the rule of the world is that if Dallon says I love you first, they stay in the same world. But if he says it too early into the world or before the fake ryan realizes that they love Dallon, he resets. If Ryan says it first, he resets. He resets random times after he says I love you at the wrong time. In order for Ryan to reset, it's the same thing, except if Ryan says it first he resets. The reason it's happening for each person they know that is in a relationship is because it only happens with people that are in relationships with their soulmate. Each person in each world has a different personality, and theres only one real person.

Caysei belongs to a witch, and took a spell that was supposed to be the witches experiment to cure dimensea. So now, dallon and ryan have to find the witch, bring Caysei back, and travel back to their original world. But, in return for the witch helping them find the right spell, they have to help her find the cure without resetting

The only problem is that they don't know what their original world is unless they ask. If they ask if someone's real, they reset.

I coulda added this to the chapter but nah
