Crawling her way in.

The next morning I woke up next to Cedric who was stroking my hair lightly. We shared a warm smile and cuddled up to each other. "We have classes today." he said quietly. I groaned not wanting to go. "come on get up, i'll help you get ready." he said climbing out of bed. I sat up and tried walking but struggled due to last nights events. Cedric looked over his shoulder to see me struggling to walk and laughed a little bit. I flipped him off jokingly and waddled to the bathroom. Cedric took a brush and began detangling my hair softly as to not hurt me. When he was done he went to grab my uniform that was scattered all over his room. I washed my face and brushed my teeth with my finger as i didn't have any of my toiletries. Cedric made his way back into the bathroom and handed me my uniform. I slipped it on and tried to flatten the wrinkles in it. I finished up in the bathroom and came out of the bathroom to see Cedric waiting for me by the door. We walked out of the Hufflepuff common room to the great hall.

As we walked in I waved to a few of my friends and went to sit with Cedric. We had a little to eat before going separate ways to our classes. My classes today were quite boring. I had a quiz in transfiguration, a paper to write in DADA, a monotone lecture from snape in potions, and watched Professor Sprout show us the proper way to handle devils snare. When all my classes were done, I went to hogsmeade with Hermione and my new friend Fleur Delacour.

We enjoyed butterbeers and pastries at honeydukes and gossiped about teachers and students. "I heard that Cho Chang was going to ask Cedric to the Yule Ball." Hermione said looking at me with dismay. "First of all, she knows not to mess with me after what happened last time, and second of all whats the Yule Ball?" I asked. "It's a ball that takes place every time there is a Triwizard tournament. I heard we would be informed later this evening." Fleur said in her beautiful french accent. "There's no way Cedric would even say yes to Cho. He loves me." I said blushing. The two girls awed and giggled when I rolled my eyes at them.

When we left honeydukes and we're returning to the castle, I saw Cedric and Cho talking. My face turned red and I started to storm over to them. "Y/N calm down don't do anything-" Hermione started when I pushed past her. "Irrational." She finished as I approached the two. "What's going on here?" I said angrily. "Oh nothing Y/N, just picking out the details of the yule ball with my date." She said in that annoying voice of hers. "Oh yeah as if. Piss off you twat!" I said pushing her away. She walked away blowing a kiss a Cedric and walked into the castle. "You didn't say yes did you?" I interrogated him curiously. "Of course not, I saw you heading up the hill and decided to let you handle it. I know your a Hufflepuff but you act a lot like a Slytherin sometimes." He giggled. I rested my head into his chest and felt a rush of relief.

We walked into the great hall to eat dinner. Dumbledore stepped up to his podium and everyone stopped talking. "This year we will be having a Ball. The hall will take place In a few weeks. If anyone has any questions the professors are happy to help." And with that we dug into our meals. About an hour later when we were stuffed, I made my way to the common room with Cedric. When we arrived he became a little serious. "I'm gonna enter into the tournament." He stated. My heart dropped and I felt tears start to form. "Okay, I believe in you." I said in a raspy voice. He pulled me into a hug and I felt a single tear drop. We sat down on the couch and talked to our friends. I liked to hang out with hannah abbot and Susan bones. They were younger than me but were very sweet.

When the clock struck 10 people began to file into their dorms as it became later. Soon it was just me and Cedric. "I have a question for you." he whispered. "Yeah?" I asked. "Do you want to go to the Yule Ball with me?" My heart started racing and I looked up at him and nodded. We sat there for a couple more minutes before we decided to go to bed. "Are you staying with me tonight?" He asked. "I can if you want me too." He nodded and I made my way to my dorm to collect some thing that I might need. When I got back to Cedrics room he was already in his pajamas. Yellow and white plaid pajama pants and a white t-shirt. I went into the bathroom to get changed into my pajamas. My yellow silk nightdress that was sexy but not to much. Just enough for him to want me even more. I brushed my teeth and combed through my hair before walking in the bedroom and making my way towards the bed.

I saw Cedric stare at me with wide eyes but pretended I didn't notice. I laid down on the bed and got under the covers kissing Cedric goodnight and turning over. He put his arm around me and moved over so he was the big spoon. It was about 10 minutes later when I felt like there was something poking me. Then I realized. "Cedric!" I laughed and yelled at the same time. "What am I supposed to do? You came in here looking gorgeous and you expect me to not notice?" He said laughing. "Just take care of it!" I said turning back over. I felt him begin to rub my thigh and I turned over to yell at him. "By yourself!" I laughed. He went to the bathroom and came back 10 minutes later. "better?" I asked. "Much." He said cuddling back up to me. We both fell asleep and slept like baby's throughout the night.
