"Because...Jessy" she says my nickname with so much malice like it burned her tongue to utter it"-he doesn't want some whimpy, nerdy, prude like yourself. In what universe would The Quarterback date Nerd Girl?" her friends laugh as she takes a threatening step closer to me.
"News flash! This isn't some dorky teenage romance novel, this is real. And he needs a real woman, with experience by his side, not some innocent defenseless loser"she finishes her rant with a smirk..
I feel my bottom lip begin to tremble as her words sink in.
She smirks before speaking "Aw, is nerd girl going to cry?"
Scoffing she turns on her heal, "Come on baby"she says pulling him to a room.
He shakes his head again looking confused, resisting a bit. Sparing a glance at me he shakes his head again and blinks before his face turns blank and he walks into the room.'
WAIT WAIT!!! Let's start from the top shall we? YES!

Taylor's Pov (Monday Afternoon)
I walked into my last class of the day late as usual. Not because I had anything to do, just because I can be. I opened the door and everyone was talking with their friends. Everyone stopped talking to greet me. "Aye Taylor, my man!" the runningback yells at me from the back corner of the classroom. "Sup John". We knuckle touch and I take a seat beside him. We talk about last Friday's game and hoping we win the championship again this year, when Tiffany, the head cheerleader & the biggest, whiniest bitch in the school walks up to us.
"Hey boys" she says looking me dead in the eye. "Hey Tiff", John says amused. Probably at the irritated look on my face. "Hey", I manage saying without sounding disgusted by her presence.
You're probably wondering why I'm being cold with her. It's because I took her out Saturday, after she begged me to for 15 minutes after Friday night's game. We went out--worse date of my life. I took her to dinner and a movie. The whole dinner she talked about herself. Her dinner was a salad... She didn't even finish it. I hate girls that don't eat in front of people. Or throw up the food after eating. Tiffany does both.
Then we went to the movies and she cursed out one of the movie workers who giggled after touching my hand when handing me my ticket. I didn't think anything of it, chicks flirt with me all the time. I know I look good. I'm 6'2 168 pounds of pure muscle, with a nice olive skin tone, short brown hair and dazzling green eyes. I mean I'm not cocky, I just know I could have any girl I wanted.... Tiffany isn't her.
Throughout the whole movie, she basically tried to molest me. Grabbing at my junk & trying to kiss me. I'd never kiss something so filthy. When I took her home I didn't even give her a good night kiss. Rude yes I know. But if you knew where her mouth's been, you wouldn't blame me. *shudders *.
But all that really isn't Why I'm mad at her. Quite furious actually. It's because she ran and told everyone, we made out through the whole movie & I took her home and made all her wildest dreams come true. Girls always do this when I take them out... Even the one's I don't take out. Lie and say I ravished them and took them to sexual heights they never knew they could reach. I'm No man whore or sex God like almost everyone seems to believe... Lies all lies.
Most the boys on the football team-John included- know I'm a virgin. A hot 18 year old star quarterback who's a virgin. Hard to believe huh? My mom, aunt, and grandmother, made me a lady's man, but a gentleman. They told me that my special moment should be with someone special. And I totally agree.
My mom is 36 she had my sister at 17 and me at 18 by a guy she thought she was in love with. He took her virginity and told her he loved her, and wanted to be with her forever. My sister was a big mistake but he dealt with it. But when I came along things got to be to much and he left when I was five. He told me he loved me and then went to "get milk, eggs, and bread" and never came back... Fucked up huh? Yeah I know. And yet I don't hate him.... anymore. I forgave him when I was 13. I was in church one Sunday ready to go, and the sermon was on forgiveness. The pastor looked me dead in the eye... me of all people. Little bad ass Taylor Thomas, in the sixth row, and said "To truly be happy, is to forgive those who hurt you. Everyone has been hurt and everyone has hurt someone. Whether it be intentional or unintentional. Forgive that person and let the past be the past. Forgive he who hurt you long ago... I promise... You'll be much happier." I cried like a chick and my mother held me close and my sister held my hand while I cried. And I forgave my father. What he did was wrong, but it happened. I, nor anyone else can change that.
