chapter two

a loud buzzing noise came out of y/n's alarm clock. her eyes fluttered up as she just stared at the ceiling while the buzzing kept going on. a small groan escaped her lips as she pushed herself out of bed. her hands quickly maneuvered to her clock. finally, the buzzing has stopped.

y/n got dressed quickly. her outfit consisted of a black and white plaid skirt that went to mid thigh, she had an oversized red shirt layered with another oversized article of clothing — a jean jacket. her makeup was quite simple eyebrows, concealer, eyeliner and mascara. she went and looked in the mirror. yeah the outfit looked great to her.

she went over to the kitchen and grabbed the energy drink from the refrigerator that she gotten last night, it was going to be her only source of energy since she barely had any sleep.

soon celeste exited her room and saw her baby girl scrolling through her phone. (y/n) felt her mum's arm around her neck very loosely and kissed her check. " good morning baby" the younger girl gave her mom a smile, " morning mum"

they both sat at the table in comfortable silence. only celeste eating breakfast. (y/n) was never a big fan of eating in the morning because it gave her stomachaches and she never really got hungry during school, so she was fine.

eventually the time flew by and it was 8 o'clock so the mother daughter duo left her house and got into the car. (y/n) had her airpods in as her mother drove. her eyes just watched the scenery go by until she saw the depressing building that is fill children.

she opened the car door and pushed herself out of the small car. as soon her feet touched the ground she ducked back into the car pick up her school bag and open energy drink. " bye mum, i love you." as soon as her whole body was out of the car, (y/n) closed the door and heard a satisfying click.

she made her way up through the entrance of the school. she saw the groups of kids sitting on benches laughing in groups. she rolled her eyes slightly and opened the front offices glass door. once she saw the front office lady she asked her about her schedule and was told to wait a minute . soon a tall boy came around the corner with a piece of paper in his hands.

" hello, i'm tommy." she cringed a bit hearing how loud his voice was in the morning. " heyyy." she replied softly.

usually the school had a guidance counselor or staff member show the new students around but seeing she had been expelled multiple times, they decided it was probably best for a student to guide her around. they choose tommy due to his outgoingness . he was constantly in trouble for talking too much and or too loud. they also did realize they had majority of their classes together. so they thought this might be great for her.

" woman are you going to tell me your name?" he asked. his voice was as loud as first greeting but it was still very hear-able. her fingers began to play with the edges of her jacket as she began to speak. (y/n)'s eye looked up at him as she spoke. "my name's (y/n). i thought you would have know since you're showing me around and you're still holding my schedule that clearly has my name on it."

tommy had seemed very amused by her antics. " oooUUh very sassy i see." (y/n) didn't care much about the comment and went on to ask to see her schedule. he gave her the paper that told her, what were her seven classes of the day. a small nod was produced by the petite female and just stared at him waiting for him to start to lead the way but he stood still.

" aren't you going show me to my classes?" with those eight words, he gave her smile. " now that you have asked me so politely i will do so." he started to walk backwards and talked to girl to learn more about her but her answers were usually bland and not much to get from.

they both entered the classroom which made y/n raise her eyebrows. " you do know you can leave now, all you had to do was walk me to class and then leave." this made tommy laugh. was her ego this high  or was she just stupid into not thinking they could still have same class. " sorry but you're stuck with me for a little while longer. i'm also in this class, didn't know you thought of yourself that highly." that made the girl release a soft oh and immediately she was quiet and waited for the teacher to tell her where to sit.

and with her luck she was stuck by the tall, loud blonde. let say they school really wanted her by her guide and many teachers cleared the seating so she'll sit by him.
