Chapter seven

Brennen p.o.v

"Jake, what the fuck are you doing here?" I growled. "I think you need to have a talk with my fist. Carley is my girl." He hissed at me. "You can kiss my fucking ass, Jake. You treated her like garbage and she wants nothing to do with you." The second I finished saying that, he threw the first punch. I half dodged it. He got me square in the arm, making it go dead. "That's all you got, Missouri boy?" I snipped at him as I went for his gut. By this time, he was on the ground, but he was still swinging. I pinned him down and started hitting him in the face. left, right, left. He was bleeding bur he was putting up a fight. Then I heard a sheer scream. Carley was in the doorway yelling for me to stop. She came and started trying to pull me off. I finally got up and picked him up by his collar. "You ever step foot near either of us and I will whip your ass so hard you won't know what hit you." Jake stood up and looked at Carley. "Really? This guy? Fuck you Carley." He growled as he wiped his face. "That's where you went wrong again." I snapped the second I heard him say fuck you to my girl. I gave him one more hard punch to the face that sent him hitting the railing outside my door. "You are lucky I didn't push your ass over that." I yelled to him as he started down the stairs. I waited until he pulled away to come inside. I knew nothing good waited for me inside. 

All I could choke out was I'm sorry. Thats when unexpectidly, Carley ran to me and gave me a bear hug and didn't let go. I love you, Brennen. I am so sorry. Wait a second.. "Did you just say you loved me?" 

Carley p.o.v 

Oh shit I did just say that.. I wanted him to say it first. "I did. What are you gonna do about it?" I snapped very sexually as he started to clean his face up. Never Be Alone was one of my favorite songs by him and Brennen was singing it to me. I was so perfect. We kissed some more under the water and then decided that we were prunned from the water and needed to get out. He got out first as I was turning the water off. When I turned around he was holding a towel for me. He wrapped me in the towel and lifted me out of the tub. I felt like a child. I started to laugh and so did he. He laid me down on the bed in the towel and he laid right next to me. "So whats the plan for today, baby girl?" I couldn't help but get lost in his beautful eyes. "Well.. If it was up to me-" 
"Baby girl it will always be up to you." He cut me off. "Lets go see what Abby is doing and I think we should stay in and watch Netflix and order pizza." 
"I couldn't have thought of a better idea, baby." He is so adorable when he calls me baby. We got dressed and walked to my condo. When we walked in, Abby was dressed like a 30 year old woman. "Woah mother, where you headed?" I joked. "Hah very funny, Carr. I have a job interview. I wanted to look professional." 
"Well you look very professional."
"What are you kids doing?"
"We were gonna stay in and watch Nexflix and order pizza." She had a slight puppy dog face. "Oh boo. That sounds fun." She didn't even seem a bit suspecious about what happened with me last night. Of course I am going to tell her, but I'm just glad she isn't jumping my case. "Good luck today, Abbs." I hear Brennen say as he was looking up movies to watch. "Well thank you, Brennen. I really want this job." I knew what she was going to be interviewed for. Abby was the best writer in high school. She is going to get a journalism intern job. "Alright kiddos, I am out. I will see you guys tonight. Save some pizza!" Abby called out as she was walking out the door. "No promises!" I gigged. The door shut and before I could process, Brennen grabbed me and pinned me onto the couch. He started to kiss me when the front door opened. "I forgot my- oh. Hi guys." Abby walked in at the wrong moment. Brennen hopped up like a scared puppy. "Sorry Abbs. It caught me off guard too." I said as Brennen gave me a peck on the cheek. Abby grabbed her purse and was out the door again. Brennen was holding in laughter because when the door closed, he bursted. It was the cutest thing in the entire world. "Alright. I am gonna order pizza." I said as he grabbed the remote and started the movie Oculus. I was supposed to be scary. When I was done ordering, I turned around and Brennen was laying down naked. "Wanna join?" he said winking his goreous eyes at me. "Oh my god, Brennen." I couldn't believe he was laying there with his wonk out like there wasn't a care in the world. I came and snuggled up against him. "I am gonna tweet my fans about this and see how crazy it gets." He said laughing. "You are such a tease." I said kissing his lips.

Did it make me a little jealous? Yes, but I was one of those girls at a point so I learned to let it go. about 20 minutes into the movie, the doorbell rang. "That's the pizza. I'll get it." Brennen said as he hopped up and wrapped my Star Wars blanket around his waist. He opened the door and the pizza girl started to scream."Oh my god, BRENNEN TAYLOR!!! You really were watching a scary movie naked!!!!" She went crazy. It was kinda funny. I couldn't help but laugh. She heard me and saw me laying on the couch. "Oh my god you are such a lucky girl. Could you take a picture of me and Brennen?!" I agreed and got up and took a picture of them. "Whats your name?" Brennen asked as he got up and grabbed a tshirt for the fan. "My name is Courtney! I love you, Brennen. Thank you so much!" She squeeled as he gave her one of his old tshirts. "You are welcome, lovely. I love you too. Have a good day, now."

Brennen shut the door and set the pizza on the counter. He dropped the blanket and looked at me. "Oh come on. Don't tell me you don't eat your pizza in the nude." I giggled and grabbed plates and we sat and ate pizza and watched The Oculus.
