The distressed teenager walks through the empty corridors of the school. The bell rang 20 minutes ago, marking the end of the school day, and all of the students have made their way back to the dorms. He turns a corner and walks down yet another hallway before entering into the door.

Everyone in the room looks at the boy as he opens the door. Their eyes widen when they see who it is.

He takes a deep breath before speaking in his usual monotone manner. "He says that he wants to tell everyone the truth. But only once."

Midnight walks closer to him. "That is wonderful. Shall we go now?"

"No." All Might interrupts. "Remember he can't talk right now?"

Mr. Aizawa walks up to his student. "Todoroki. Did he say why he was going to be open about everything after hiding it for so long?"

"I am sure that it was in light of the events." Cementoss says from across the room.

"No." Todoroki says. "I think it has something to do with Kirishima, but I am not sure."

"And is he doing fine?" All Might asks.

"Yeah. Him and Kirishima have been talking through texts." Todoroki pauses. "He said he only wants Kirishima and Mr. Aizawa there when he says everything."

All of the teachers look down while Mr. Aizawa speaks up. "How do you feel about that? You saved his life and you are just as involved with this as we are, if not more."

Without missing a beat Todoroki answers. "I am okay. If Bakugo doesn't want to tell me that is his choice. But I will still help out in any way that I can."

"You're a good kid, young Todoroki." All Might says.

"And none of you have talked with your classmates yet?"

"No. We have all been ignoring their texts and calls."

"Good. You won't have to for much longer." Mr. Aizawa sighs. "Okay kid. Here's the deal. You and Kirishima can go back to the dorms tonight and school tomorrow, if you want. But we won't be able to talk to Bakugo until tomorrow morning, so you can't say anything about Bakugo or what happened still."

"Do we have to leave Bakugo?"

"No, if you want, you can stay with him until he tells us everything and we will go from there. I just wanted to inform you about your options."

"I will stay with Bakugo. And besides, it will be hard to not tell everyone what happened if we go back to the dorms."

"Okay."

Todoroki turns around to leave, but his gut tells him to ask his teacher. His gut told him that something was wrong last night and if he had been more diligent than Bakugo might not be in this situation right now. He can't make the same mistake twice.

"Mr. Aizawa." All of the teachers turn their head to look at Todoroki. He hesitates for a second, "Do-don't let his mom come back to see him. Bakugo hasn't said anything and I have no evidence, but I think she is the one abusing Bakugo. I don't know why. From what I saw, her reaction seemed genuine and she appears to really care about him, but my gut is telling me it is her. So please, don't let her come back until after he tells you who has been abusing him."

The room grows silent as everyone waits for Mr. Aizawa's answer. He thinks for a moment. Him and the principal both ruled out the mother, but he too couldn't shake the feeling of something being off with her.

The man walks over to his student and puts his hand on his shoulder. "Todoroki. The principal and I ruled his mother out as a suspect. And we can't stop her from seeing her son because of your gut feeling."
