"what's wrong with your voice yoongi ah? Are you sick? Did you not sleep well at night? Or were you crying?!" said the concerned voice from the other side of telephone line.
"none of them is true, so you can just stop panicking. My voice is a bit hoarse because I had ice cream last night" he lied, knowing nothing good will come out of he tells her the truth.
"seriously? Who eats ice-cream in monsoon? Be more careful yoon, I don't expect you to act so irresponsible when I am not around" she scolded. It has been long since he talked to her, about something other than school.
"I'm cool Mom so just stay assured and focus on your recovery. Its too much difficult to take care of myself and I have.... Started to kinda miss you too" he said the last words slowly after a pause.
"I know hun . I'll make sure to some back soon" she assured slowly and yoongi could literally hear her smiling.

Yoongi placed the phone back on the table and closed his eyes. He was still stuck on his window, but not he wasn't checking the house for jimin but he was completely avoiding it, too scared to face the reality.
The phone rang filling the room, grabbing Yoongi's attention.
"HELLO HYUNG! I AM SORRY I COULDN'T TAKE YOUR CALL YESTERDAY. ACTUALLY, I WAS TRAVELLING TO SEOUL TO GET MYSELF REGISTERED FOR THE NEW DANCE COMPETITION" hoseok said before yoongi could even greet him.
"it's okay seriously. Then how did it go?" yoongi asked not wanting to bring up the reason why he called yesterday.
"OFCOURSE! it went fab! I just hope I get the prize this time. you remember how hard I tried last time too but they decided to call it a draw? I am not sure hyung... " hoseok continued to talk about the competition last time where he got the second prize even after the match was drawn. It was seriously sick how they decided to give the first prize to that cool looking kid. He still remember how hoseok cried about it for so many days, all the memories are still green as if they happened yesterday but how come he messed with something which has supposedly happened last month?
