Wendy's POV

'J-just give me a chance to prove to you how I feel. Please, let me love you'

I found myself thinking of it over and over again even though it's been a week that have passed. Yes, I gave him a chance. Because of this chance I get to know him better.

I'm now here at my room lying on my bed. The sun rays beamed through my window. It's already noon. Here, I stare at the ceiling and thinking about the 'what if's' that might happen if I, I mean, if WE continue these. Will we make it through the tunnel? or will we stop in the middle? 

I know being with him will just make things a bit complicated. Haters appear here and there. Sometimes insecurities consume me. He's a star player, handsome, popular while I'm just me, ordinary and nerdy nothing more. But there is one thing that dominates all my negative thoughts, and that is being with him made me feel PERFECT even though in reality, I'm not.

Giving him a chance helped me realize how I truly feel for him. Who knew that the guy that always annoys me would turn out to be my boyfriend? 

*HONK* *HONK*

I peeked at my window and immediately knew who that car belongs.

"Honey! your ride's here" mom shouted from downstairs. I straightened my hair with my fingers and grabbed my phone. 

"What do you like about my sister?" I saw Zack, my big brother, interrogating Tyler at the door. I crossed my arms and listened to their conversation.

"I don't like her" Did I heard that right? He..... Don't like me? Zack crossed his arms.

"So you're just playing with my sister" He said in a serious voice.

"No sir!" Tyler said immediately. It's kind of funny how he calls my brother 'sir'. "I don't like her, I love her" I saw my brother nod in satisfaction. I lowered my head and found myself blush to what he just  said.

"Ehem!" I said breaking their conversation. They both looked my way.

"Take good care of her, or else" Zack said showing his fist.

"I understand" Tyler replied.

"Okay! That's enough big bro." I said patting his back. "We'll go ahead. Bye mom!" I shouted

"Bye honey. Bye Tyler." Mom popped out from the kitchen door.

"Goodbye Mrs. Park" Tyler waved goodbye.

"Call me if you need me Wendy" Zack said, still eyeing on Tyler while Tyler stood there smiling. We went to Tyler's car. I could see that he's a bit nervous. I think because of my brother. Hahaha, so cute. Then he took a deep sigh.

"Are you okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah" Then he looked at me with his smile. He just stared at me. 

Tyler's POV

I looked at her. God, she's beautiful.

"Is there something on my face?" she asked, touching her face. I found myself staring at her. F*ck.

"Nothing. S-sorry. Hehehe" Why am I laughing? Aaah! Sometimes I act like a fool in front of her. I shook my head to erase the thoughts. "So, are you ready?"

 "Yup!" she answered cheerily. She looks so cute. I wonder where she would like to go. 

"Where do you wanna go?" 

"I don't know" she shrug "you don't have any plans?" 

I was kind of embarrassed. I asked her out and I don't have any plans! Good job Ty. Say something!!

"Of course I have!" I said forming an awkward smile. Wendy looked at me confused.

"Okay then, where are we going?"

It's like my chest jumped. I don't know what to reply that's why I came out saying "It's a surprise"

She wasn't satisfied with my answer by just looking at her face but she still manage to say "Okay"

I started the engine and headed for the road. Where to go? I don't know! After a few minutes going round the streets I manage to figure where to bring Wendy. We arrive here though I'm not sure if she's going to like it or I would going to like it. I'm not really fond of rides.

"So you do you like amusement parks?" I asked as we got out of the car. Yeah I took her here. My mind went blank and the only place that popped in is this place.

"Yeah, kind of. Ready?" She said smiling broadly. Phew! Thank God she liked it. I grabbed her wrist  smiling and went inside.

Wendy's POV

"Yeah, kind of. Ready?" I stared at him to wait for his answer but he immediately grabbed my wrist and we went inside.

"What do you want to try first?" Tyler asked with his smile pulling upwards like a kid. 

"Hmmm.." I looked around and it caught my eye. "I want to ride there" I said pointing to the colourful horses. I think you already know what I want to ride, right? Hihihihi.

"There?" Tyler looked blank. "Are we too old to ride a carousel?"

" I think not. A lot of people still ride that ride, even people who are older than us." I stated. "Why you don't wanna try it?" I said pouting.

"Well......" 

Tyler obviously doesn't want to ride on a carousel. C'mon, his a star player and goes here just to ride on a carousel? I should understand. "It's fine, if you don't. We could still find a lot of rides"  I said finding for another one but I really would love to ride it.

Before I know it, Tyler grabbed my wrist and started walking towards the direction of the carousel. 

"Do you really wanna ride here?" He asked. I just gave him a nod. "Then we should ride it!" He said with enthusiasm. I know he doesn't want to ride it but he still forced himself. It's kind of sweet actually. 

"Thank you" I told him when the ride was over.

"For what?"

"You know, for riding"

"If that makes you happy then I would love to escort you." He said. "And who knew colourful horses could be fun?" laughing under his breath.

We rode a lot of rides as the time went by. Bumper car, pirate ship, river rafting and orbiter. 

"How about we try that?" breaking through my thoughts. When I looked to where he's pointing, my eyes grew bigger. It's a 360 Roller Coaster!!

"I don't know" I'm not really fan of roller coasters.

"It will be fine." He said in a calm manner. I could hear the screaming of the riders. "I'll be with you. trust me." He said holding his right hand out.  I swallowed a huge lump in my throat and took a deep breath.  I looked at the roller coaster then at Tyler. Seconds later I took his hand and we line up for the 360 Roller Coaster.
