Colbys POV:
Sam let out a laugh after looking at the crown I made him, "what's wrong with it?" I asked with a small smile. "Hm? Oh nothing it's just you suck at making flower crowns." The blonde told me, I stared at him in disbelief at his words. "I'm kidding! But it could use some work" he gave me a pat on the back and I playfully slapped his hand away. After getting in the carriage the blonde looked at the crown and smiled, seeing the adorable smile against his glowing complexion caused me to smile as well.
We arrived at a small inn, I led the way to a private table. "This booth seems cozy!" The blonde boy eagerly exclaimed, I let out a light laugh. A lady I assume a worker began placing plates of food before Sam and I. The cute boy stared at the food with wide eyes, I laughed once more "will you ever stop laughing at me?!" he questioned , "hmm I have no idea!" I replied.
"uhh dad that's enough I have to go see Aunt Tara and Uncle Jake.... and this makes me feel sick! Love is gross!!" our sweet daughter exclaimed running away. "Well, I think you grossed her away, will you ever tell her the real story of our relationship?" Sam asked as he stood up, "hm one day! When she's not six and stops thinking that we are kings, now let's go Jake and Tara are waiting." I told the blonde. "Kara! Sweetheart, cmon! Aunt Tara is waiting." I yelled for our daughter. Soon Sam and Kara ran down the stairs, the precious boy almost gasping for air. "Cmon babe, get some air and we'll be waiting in the car." I told him with a small chuckle. I pack Kara's bag the car and buckle her into her car seat, Sam takes a seat in the driver's seat. "I wanna drive!!" He pleaded, "ugh fine... don't crash the damn car though. Kara don't you dare repeat what I just said!" I told the small girl, she nodded.
"WOOHOO KARA KARA KARA!!!" Jake began shouting through their quiet neighborhood, "Jake! Shush she's asleep here gimme my favorite niece!" Tara scolded Jake. I handed the sleeping blond to Tara. "Alright thank you for taking her for the day love ya!" Sam said blowing the threes air kisses.
———10 years later———
Kara started to pour a bowl of cereal, "hey pops? Can you tell me how you and dad got together? The real story not the whole prince thin from when I was six." She asked as she sat across from me. "Sure sweetie! Hmm where to start."
