I woke up and kai was no where to be seen.

I started getting ready grabbing one of kai's shirts because I hadnt got any clothes and wore the jeans I had on yesterday.

"hey...um I wanted to ask you how you got back here yesterday."

"my parents they're... they're alive"

"oh so your not a sociopath like me"

This make me giggle a bit but I was trying to stay serious because I was trying to warn him that they might come back for me.

I sat him down on the sofa while I made breakfast and explained to him what would happen if my parents came back and to under no circumstance try protect me because I could fight my own battles.

"Mercy your human though and they are a vampire and a witch you can't do this alone"

I forgot I hadn't told him about me being a tribrid but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I don't know why but it didn't feel right to tell him.

Kai walked up to me to help make breakfast and we talked about the night bonnie stabbed him and I was made to leave him and go home.

"I'm gonna kill bonnie and Damon for what they did first of all for hurting me then for hurting you they're gonna pay I'll.."

"your not gonna hurt them kai"
Don't get me wrong I hated what bonnie and Damon did but I didn't want them dead.

"yeah I am first I'm gonna cut off each finger one by one then I'm gonna..."

This got me angry I didn't want my friends to be hurt or killed and I accidentally lost control of my powers and showed my fangs to kai.

He stepped back trying to contain his anger and he starts shouting.

"YOU WERE A HYBRID ALL THIS TIME AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME..."

" I didn't know how... "

" YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME JUST A SECOND AGO WHEN I SAID YOUR JUST A HUMAN..."

I felt sick why didn't I just tell him he was really angry he wasn't even hurt at the fact I didn't tell him and he still doesn't know that I'm a tribrid not a hybrid.

He seemed so angry I just had to get out of there so I vamp speed off and left him to calm down.

I decided I'd go out and get some stuff for the house while I waited for kai to calm down.

"KAI!"

I couldn't find kai anywhere, maybe he had gone out because he didn't want to see me.

I went to go put on his favourite movie for when he got back and went in his bedroom to get it but when I came back to put it on he was standing there looking shocked.

"They... They.."

"They what kai"

"THEY TOLD ME YOU WAS DEAD"
I felt sick to my stomach I knew exactly who he meant... My parents.

"kai don't worry I'm here now"

I started to walk up to him but then my dad  appeared using a strong spell on me that was torturing my body.

"how were the dreams you were having Mercedes"

Ugggh that asshole had gotten into my head and made me have nightmares.

He had gotten stronger, unlucky for him so had I.

I knocked him out with a spell and my mum grabbed kai ready to rip his heart out.

"KAI NO PLEASEEE" I screamed,tears falling at a rapid pace I ran up to him grabbing his arm I couldn't loose him again. My scream it had somehow knocked out my mum and my dad again was they dead?
