᠁ remember to eat healthy and not so much junk foods it's bad for your stomach.
᠁ drink a healthy orange juice or apple juice instead of coke or any unhealthy beverages.
᠁ sleep early, bad sleeping habits makes you prone to heart diseases like heart failure, heart attack or stroke. Sleep problems also adversely affect mood and contribute to relapse. Anxiety disorders. - yes I researched this.
