Y/N's POV

My head still throbs remembering the past weeks events. I have a duty to attend after days of being a useless senior agent. I miss my team.

"You ready to go, baby?", hearing Grace's voice suddenly brightened up my mood. I kissed her and she's here because she insisted that we should go to work together.

"You took so long, what did you do?"

"Nothing."

"Gracie, I love you. And you know that I would know that you're lying. You suck at that."

"I grabbed us some coffee. Here here." , she gave me my cup and she seems so preoccupied by something.

"Relax, babe. What else do you have for me? And you can't stop smiling, spill the tea, sis."

"Hey! That's rude. You know I hate it when you call me names.", she pouted.

"But you won't mind me calling you, daddy?"

"Oh my god, you're unbelievable. Stop teasing now. Would you?"

"No I won't unless you'd tell me what you really have for me."

Grace grabbed my neck in a swift, tough manner which made me gasp for a little bit of air.

"And this is what I have for you.", she said as she pulled me into a deep kiss.
I can contain my giggles as we marched in the office together.

For once the office seemed like the place that I wanted to be in for days. I missed the fax machine and the telephone noises, the drama, the murderous, guilty, in denial look of the people in the interrogation room.

I wonder where my mates are as we walked closer to the bullpen.

Are they excited to see me?

Did they miss me as well? I can't wait to hear their stories of adventure .

My high spirits dropped six feet under when I saw my teamates' eyes shying away from my gaze. It tells me that they are horrified of me, what did I do? I wasn't even with them for the past days for them to act like this and towards me, no! They are my friends and they are like the siblings I never had, why would they give me a cold shoulder?

I approached Cuevas first because I know in my heart that he'll never ignore me.

"Hey, Anthony. What's going on here? Are we guys good?"

"That's "Sir" for you, Y/N/S."

I believe that puzzled look is evident on my face right now. I can't believe I'm being shamed here in my own safe place. I gave a little chuckle for his point trying to be more authoritative with me.

"What are you laughing at? Did I say something that made you merry? And you're not supposed to be here anymore."

"Hey, watch your tone.", Grace interfered.

"Anthony, what's with the act? It's just us here no need for you be rude towards me."

"I told you address me as "Sir", I am your superior. And please seek the director before you set foot again here in my bullpen. Dismiss."

Without letting another word coming out of his mouth, I felt his jaw tightened as I took the courage to give him a real good slap on his gorgeous face. The leash of the bond unclasped, he stood there still as a leaf frozen in the winter taking all the time he needs to calm himself down. Grace took the initiative to pull me out of the bullpen and away from him.

"Remember this day, Y/N. You are not my boss anymore. You are not part of this team, I can get you thrown out at my will. You murderer."
