Chapter 29

Hi-Me's P.O.V -

It was today. It had to be. I put it off long enough. I was going to finally ask Summer to mive in with me. I was dressed fairly nice today. Had a bouqet of roses in one hand and a box of chocolates in the the other. I approached the Fuentes house and knocked on the door. August answered it.

                     "AYYYYE HI-MAY! Well you didn't need to get me anything gosh!"  She teased fanning at her face.

                     I laughed and rolled my eyes. " Can you please get Summer for me? "

                     She smiled her little half turned up smile and walked in shutting the door. After a few seconds Summer was down and wearing a cute black skater dress. I held out both my hands with my gifts and she clasped her hands over her mouth. " Jaime! " She jumped into my open arms hugging me tightly before placing a soft kiss at my lips. I then back slightly, still hugging, but allowing us space to converse. 

                    " Summer..You could do, like, god! A MILLION times better than me. Yet you're with me. I smiled as she began to get all flustered. "Look, I want to grow to love you more than I do, I want to spend every night kissing you before sleeping besides you. Then to wake up in the morning with you tangled in my arms. I want to one day see you walk down an isle looking gorgeous to then join in with me in holy matrimony. I want a Hi-Me or Summer jr. one day. You are the other half of me. But I can't keep leaving my other half behing. Summer I know it's all a lot and I'm willing to wait for you for a hundred sleepless nights, but will you please take an extra step with me and move in with me?"

                       She was crying. I pulled her into my arms and she nodded in my arms. "Yes Hi-Me"  She almost whispered. "Yes.."

                      When she finally recollected herself we enetered the house and began packing August was complaining and refused to help her pack. " Summer I'm happy for you, but I refuse to help you leave me!" she pouted.

                       Summer teased her saying that August would be able to have the room empty for Tony but August didn't care. Summer was her best friend, No.. Summer was her sister.

                     We finished all the packing in only an hour and put everything in my car. The guys, Vic and Mike, both told me I better treat Summer with love and respect. And I promised them a thousand times I would. And I Meaned it. We then got in my car and drove off to my house. I drove into the parking lot and placed all her things in the house. We both then made some burritos from our long day and ate. Soon after I carried her up the stairs into my room.

                          "Lets shower before bed." She smiled at me, but there was something different about her smile and the way her eyes glistened as if she was about to attack and start ripping my clothes off. 

                         "...together?" I asked before realizing what came out my mouth and then feeling ashamed.

                        " Hi-Me! ....Well if you insist." She teased and I realized she did imply for us to take a shower together.

                         I smiled. "ok" and before I knew it we were both in the bathroom undressing. The shower running lukewarm.
