What Is This Feeling?

chapter 18.

Oikawa's POV.

The next day after school Shoyo kept texting me if I had any past relationships with Tobio-chan. Kinda weird if I'm being honest, besides why would he ask that in the first place.

Well whatever, I'm going to just go and visit Shoyo.

3rd person POV.

When Oikawa got to Karasuno he peeked inside the open doors of the gym to see if anyone was there. It was just Hinata and Kageyama seemed like they were early, but they weren't talking. "I feel like I shouldn't intrude", Oikawa thought to himself 

"Kageyama, I'm going to ask you a question"

"ok?"

"But you can't get mad", he reluctantly agrees "what is it..?".

"Did you and Toruu used to date?", Kageyama flinched at the question then starts to burst out laughing as if he told a joke. "Y-you're serious?" Kageyama was saying through tears of laughter "yes." His face went from laughing to a sort of disgusted face. "Ew what?! I would have never dated him of all people! I'd rather date my ass than him!" Oikawa obviously heard and clenched his chest "that hurt Tobio-chan!" He thought to himself.

Hinata starts laughing a bit "jeez what gave you that idea?" Kageyama asked, he didn't want to rat out Suga "no reason" "Whatever. Kageyama thinks to himself, "didn't think he'd be that jealous of me dating Oikawa, besides it didn't even last long, only about a month. He was too obsessed to the point where it was scary. I broke up with him just a few months and he just gets with someone else after. Out of ALL THE FUCKING PEOPLE he chose Hinata. Were they both that desperate for love, if that's the case, they're perfect for eachother..."

Oikawa still watching the two Daichi rolls up behind Oikawa "what are you doing here?", he freezes up "well if you're trying to spy there really isn't anything to spy on. It's just Hinata and Kageyama in there". Oikawa faces Daichi "yeah I know I just wanted to my faaaavorite underclassman", he puts on a smile that is convincing enough "ok? Well please leave then we'll be starting practice soon" "yeah yeah I'll be on my way". After he left, practice started a few minutes later and everyone started coming in.

Hinata and Kageyama during practice were acting normal, as in Hinata isn't missing (as much) and Kageyama giving harsh criticism. After practice was over, Hinata and Kageyama went their separate ways back to their homes. After Hinata left Kageyama a short while later, Oikawa appeared and seems to be in a similar crappy disguise as Kageyama. "Shoyo" he says in a worn out voice "I-I was trying to catch up with you and Kageyama", Hinata laughs a bit "catch up?" He asks as if Oikawa was joking. "We were walking pretty slow" "s-slow?" "Heheh yeah, we were just casually walking, but I think it was because you were coming from Aoba Johsai" "y-yeah that's probably it". Hinata laughs a bit and holds Oikawa's hand with a bright smile on his face, Oikawa blushes a bit and smiles softly.
