11 (Nursery)

Desi POV
So today we are decorating the nursery!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!!
Only just if Luke would wake up! Then we could go and get everything.

I already had my shower, took chevy on a mini walk, had breakfast, & gave chevy hers too. it's 11:30 am & Luke hasn't woken up yet. I swear he can sleep forever. & he fell asleep early last night too! It's not like he hasn't gotten any sleep lately because we have been going to bed early. guess might as well wake him.

I got up from the couch, struggled but made it, & up the stairs with chevy on my tail. Once we got to our room I walked in & just stood there with my hands folded staring at Luke sleeping shirtless on his stomach hugging the pillow around his arms.

"Chevy, wake Daddy up."
She jumped on the bed & I walked out going back downstairs to start his coffee.
I could picture it. (Chevy licking Luke everywhere, back & face, Luke squirming around trying to get Chevy to stop by covering himself with blankets, Chevy pulling the blankets, Luke falling off the bed.)
"Chevy! Stop!!!" He chuckles. (BOOM!) remember when I said he would fall, well there you have it. (next he his going to come down) foot steps stomping down the stairs with Chevy's tags rumbling as well. (Wrap his arms around me & saying Goodmorning)
"Goodmorning" he smiles at me & tried to kiss me but I look the other way.
"What?" He asked confused
"Chevy licked your face." I said trying not to laugh.
He chuckled, "you told her to wake me up didn't you."
I nodded. "Its 11:58 Luke! Your were going to be in a sleeping comma!" I laughed. "Now go wash up before you even kiss me with that dog slobber."
He chuckled heading back upstairs.

Luke finally came back down all wash up & ready to go. I stood there with his coffee in my hands handling it to him. He took it from my hands, finally giving me a kiss, & sitting at the table as Chevy runs from outside with his newspaper. Yes, Luke reads the newspaper, I can't believe it either. I walked to the dining room & placed some toast in front of him & started walking away when he grabbed my waist with one hand pulling me towards him while he was sipping on his coffee still looking at the paper.
"What happened?" I asked as I turned around.
he kept pulling me towards him & he scooted his chair farther & patted his leg so I can sit down. I did what he wanted me too & took one of his toasts. He chuckled as he scooted the plate over saying "have them, I just feel like having coffee no grain."
"Don't mind if I do." I said with a mouth full & scrunching my nose & smiling at him making him laugh which earned me a kiss.

After we both finished & we're ready to go. Luke helped me into his truck & off the Baby's R Us we go!
The radio was up, my hands were waving in the air, & Luke was laughing his ass off.

Once we got there, we rushed inside so nobody would see us outside & call the paps.
We walked around the cribs looking at all the different shades of wood the different shapes & all the different patterns.

I walked more down the isle & found the perfect one. A rich brown Oak crib which comes with a matching changing station. Luke took a picture of the tag & we kept looking around for the theme. Next a rock chair.
Looking around, seeing the same things, different colors, different woods, different styles until Luke called me over to the one he was looking at, a beige/cream color. "Perfect" I whispered. Luke wrapped his arms around me & resting his hands on my ever so big belly which made "little peanut" as Luke calls him, kick. I took Luke's phone & snapped another pic of the tag.
We then went to the decorating part.
We found this greenish/greyish paint color for the walls. A "Rifles, Racks, & Deer Tracks....", Deer, & Tree wall sticker, a buck with Camo rug, & Camo blanket. Bed comforter & etc. once we were done, we went to the cashier & she rang us up including the crib, changing station, & Rocking chair. Some employees brought the stuff out from the back & into our truck.
