Your POV
I groaned at the bright light. I looked around to be met with mildly familiar settings. I was back in the interrogation room. I furrowed my brows when I saw Loki asleep in the chair in front of me. I don't remember much after he took me back to his cell to take a nap, and I certainly don't remember coming back here.
I went to speak up, but my voice came out scratchy and weak. I winced at the sound of my voice, and brought a hand up to hold my throat, only to pull back with a cringe, my neck being sore. Oh yeah, I kind of got choked. I sighed and swallowed as much saliva that I could gather.
I was on the verge of falling asleep again when a knock rang through the small room before Tony stuck his head through the door.
"Hey- oh. I've got rooms ready for you two. If you follow me that'd be great." He spoke, pausing slightly when he saw my tired eyes, and Loki's sleeping form.
I nodded to him before I got up slowly, and are my way over to Loki, gently shaking him to get him up. He woke up with a groan and his features were hard as stone, but they softened when his eyes focused on me. I didn't even try to speak, and just pointed at Tony weakly. Loki glared at Tony, but once he told him that he was going to show us to our rooms, his glare lessened.
I had no idea why Loki was being so protective all of a sudden. Not too long ago, he was convinced that I had him under some sort of spell. I had no idea what was wrong with me either. Why had I given up to the authorities so quickly? I usually put up a fight and had a smart mouth with everyone I came in contact with. I must have been tired because of the blood transfusion.
Loki and I followed after Tony, my pace being slightly slower than the two men since every part of my body ached.
Tony stopped just short of an armored door. He scanned his hand before the large metal door opened. It revealed a very modern and pristine living space. It looked more or less like an apartment.
"This is where you both will be staying for a while. The team wanted to make sure that you both were as comfortable as possible, considering that you both will start your training and experimentation tomorrow morning. The fridge is stocked and so are the toiletries, along with the closets. Have fun, kids." He left without another word, and pulled the door shut behind him.
The audible sound of several locks clicking could be heard, and then the sound of fading footsteps.
I didn't even turn to Loki, immediately searching through the apartment like space for a room with a bed. As soon as I found one with a bed in it, I walked in and flopped on top of it. I didn't bother with the fact that duvet was emerald green, or the fact that the closet was stocked with men's clothes. It was a bed, and a comfortable one at that.
I was just about to drift off when I heard footsteps approach the room.
Loki's POV
"I think this was supposed to be my room.." I spoke with amusement as I laid eyes on Y/n that was star fished out on top of the the large bed.
"I'm tired. You can have it back later." Her voice was quiet and she struggled to get each syllable out.
I shrugged and walked over to inspect the rest of the room. There wasn't much to see, just the bed, a couple of bedside tables, and what looked to be a closet. I went inside the said closet, and picked out an outfit suitable for sleep.
I had to change manually for once, having figured out that certain rooms in the tower restricted my sorcery. I changed into a pair of baggy flannel pants, and a black t-shirt. I usually looked down upon midguardian fashion, but this attire was quite comfortable.
I took one last glance at Y/n, opting to walk over to the bed and make sure she was covered up. After I was satisfied, I turned to leave the room. I wandered down the short hallway until I found another door. Bedroom? No, bathroom. The door across from it was what I was looking for.
It had another large bed in it, with all of the same items as the other room, except this one had a baby pink duvet laid over top of it. Y/n better be glad that I didn't yank her out of my bed. Now I'm stuck with pink sheets until she wakes up.
I laid awake for quite some time, as usual. Many worries and concerns flew through my head. Why had the Avengers became so generous all of a sudden? And what was the training that we were about to receive?
Your POV
**Early the next morning**I was rudely jerked awake by my door being slammed open, and the sound of yelling.
"GOOOODMORNING VIATNAMMM!!" Tony yelled as loud as he possibly could into my room.
It didn't take long for my usual self to kick back in. I jumped out of bed and grabbed the nearest thing to me, which happened to be a blanket, and wrapped it around his head. I was in the process of trying to smother the life out of him when I was pulled off of him by two hulking arms.
It didn't take me long to start kicking and trying to get out of his grasps. I felt him fumble for a second, but his grip remained tight.
"DAMNIT YOU IDIOT!! ITS TOO DAMN EARLY FOR THIS!" I yelled and clawed at his hands and arms.
I turned around just long enough to see the face of the tall blonde man from yesterday holding onto me. He gave me a shy grin. It looks could kill, he'd be my 70th victim. I kept squirming, even after he wrapped his arms around my torso and arms to keep me from scratching him. It wasn't long before I was shoved into another straight jacket. They moved me to the couch in the small apartment, and Tony left the blonde man to watch me as he went to go wake up Loki.
"Isn't this just a lovely way to start out the morning." I spoke sarcastically as I continued to glare at random objects placed around the room.
"It's five forty-three in the morning, and she's already got the straight jacket back on?" I failed to see the Bucket man come in through the large metal door. How many people had access to here?!
"How about you take it off me and I'll show you to your grave." I spoke menacingly as I glared daggers at his from. He tensed up a little, causing me to smirk.
"How about we don't kill one of our mentors on the first day? Hm?" Loki was now in the room, fully dressed.
"You're no fun." I grumbled and pouted like a toddler.
