I want to thank Miss Maxinejiji and Kuya_Soju for giving me the chance to write one of the three books for D I A B L O. Salamat po and more power to us!
Maraming salamat din sa lahat na naging kasama ko sa pagtapos ng libro na ito. This is the shortest story that I ever written but like the others, I fell in love with the characters along the way.
Originally, I was planning to make the story darker but as I learn more about Aelari, I realize that I don't want to lead her story the way her condition, DID, is usually portrayed in movies. I don't want her to be an antagonist of a horror movie that for some reason was always the hyperbolic stereotype when it comes to this kind of disorder.
I want her to have her happy ending. I want her to face her demons, take ownership of the darkness so that she could change it back to light. I want her ruins to be a castle again. Because not every fall has the end result of being destroyed. Sometimes we just break so that the pieces can fall into a better place ♡
