Bryson rolled his eyes while leaning back against the counter behind me.
"I wish them bad ass kids would leave my damn house so I could spend time with my lil lady and shit" Bryson said crossing his arm
I chuckled while shaking my head at him.
"You need to take yo ass upstairs to check on my boys and Dia while I'm cooking for y'all damn asses" I said pointing to him
"Them lil niggas is sleep right now so they are good for an hour or so" He said looking at me
As we were currently in the kitchen enjoying ourselves til the kids started calling us to come here which we quickly sighed because we were enjoying the peace and quiet at the moment right now.

Before the news lady could even finish her sentence, that's when I completely zoned out with questions going through my head right now.
How did they find Arianna and Nygel's body?...
Did someone rat on us?...
Did someone see the boys get rid of the two bodies in Delaware River?...
How did they see the bodies if it's weight on their feet?...
What if Bryson and the guys left something behind at the crime scene?...
How did they know the bodies were in THAT RIVER?...
As I was zoned out, I didn't even notice Bryson was calling my name tryna get my attention but after the second snap then that's when I came back to reality to start looking at everyone.
"Um... what happened?" I said looking at them
Chanel and Dave looked at each other then back at me while Bryson was shaking his head.
"Mom like are you okay because we have been tryna call your name for the last five minutes now?" Chanel said holding my hand
I smiled and nodded my head.
"Yes baby now why don't you and Dave head to the corner store to get sum snacks?" I said smiling
She smiled back then turned towards her dad with her hand out waiting for him to place some money in her hand.

As Bryson and I stood there watching them walk out of the house to hear the front door close behind them then we both took a deep breath as both of our minds went back to the police finding Arianna and Nygel in the Delaware River.
I turned towards Bryson who was leaning on the back on the couch trying to read him.
