(Billy's POV)
It's currently 9:30pm and I'm doing some small drills with the boys even though the hand to hand combat I've had to do with them, I tried not to hurt them. I run my hand through my hair as I say
Me: *Annoyed Sigh* Right lets go through it one more time
Price: Sir is this really necessary?
Me: No but you know as well as I do that he will not hesitate
Price: That's true but they are exhausted sir
Me: Yeah I know that but I'm killing time until the jet arrives then they can relax or sleep on it
He nods as he says
Price: Run it back men
Brandyn: Fuck me
Soap: I know he pushes us more the Price does
Kieran: Yeah but it will be worth it
Me: Enough chatter get back to work
They all go silent as I stand up and walk out of the building. I step out into the warm night air, take a deep breath before heading back to my room to grab my rifle which isn't to far from the building. Once I grab my rifle I head to the shooting range to calm myself down and clear my head. I line up in my spot and start shooting down the range
Me: Maybe Price is right. Maybe I am pushing them to far with all this training
I empty my first clip as my phone rings making me sigh and pull out my phone, answer it without looking at it and load up my next clip as I say
《Phone call》
Me: Hello
Akali: Hun what's wrong? Is everything alright?
Me: Hey hun. Why would anything be wrong
Akali: You know we can both feel your feelings remember
Me: Oh yeah
Akali: Plus I can't get out of this demon form at the moment. So why are you frustrated and angry?
Me: I don't really know. Ive been pushing the boys a little to far today and I'm nervous about this mission
Akali: Hun
Me: I'm not lying. Ive lost Brandyn once from Shepherd's doing I can't lose him or anyone else
Akali: I know your not going to make the same mistake twice
Me: Hun seriously you got kidnapped 3 times remember
Akali: Yeah and each time you rescued me you became stronger, faster and more aware each time. So sure I got kidnapped but each time you learnt how to control the situation. This mission is no different
Me: But it is
Akali: Billy-Ray Bunce it is not different. You only think it is because you are letting the past control you. Thats not you anymore your more wise, stronger and faster. He will not have the chance to kill any of you and I know that for a fact
Me: How do you know though. I could be walking into a trap just like last time
Akali: I find that hard to believe. Last time you had to capture the target not kill him. Sure you killed him in the end but you captured him first. This time nothing is stoping you for taking him out. You have been training for 2 years for this mission before you even got that folder
