Chapter 18 (Billy starts to lose control, Akalis near death and Billys plan)

(Akali's POV)

It's currently 9:30 a.m., and it's been roughly a week and a half since Billy left after killing his brother. The same day, Ajax and Kieran got severely injured at the drag strip. In this short period of time, Ahri and I have heightened our abilities more than ever to the point I can hear when someone is stepping from anywhere in the house. Ahri can hear when a pin drops since she has Fox ears that already have heightened hearing but are now 1000x times better. Ahri and I are currently meditating in the gym room while the other girls are working out, as well as price watching over us in the far corner of the room. We get interrupted by Kieran and Ajax, speaking from outside the room

Kieran: Come on, man

Ajax: No, I have a kid on the way

Kieran: Oh, come on, it will be fun

Ajax: Dude, seriously, I'm not my cousin, so I will not join your little games. Besides the last time, I checked we still have another week of healing I rather not fuck that up by Billys' wives killing me

Kieran: Fine I'll do it myself

They go quiet making Ahri and myself open our eyes only to stretch before standing up as she says

Ahri: Well it goes to show who the real troublemaker is out if all the boys

Me: Billy has his fair share but he can see into the future so he knows if that joke is gonna go too far or if we will laugh. *Sigh* God I miss him. I wonder how his doing

Ahri: I miss him too Kali

Seraphine: Why don't use ring him

Me: We have tried. He doesn't pick up

Price: I wouldn't be surprised. Billy is a man of focus, commitment and sheer will

Ahri: Yeah we have seen him in action

Price: Not like this you haven't. My men and I have been keeping an eye on him with some help from Brody

Evelynn: Like what?

Price: His training. Brody told us that he wants to train hand to hand combat plus on top of that he wants all the men on the ship to treat him like a hostile unless his sleeping

Kai'sa: So what?

Price: It's scary what we have watched. This is not the man use grew with

Krystal: How bad is it?

Price: Well there are 20,000 plus men on the ship and with him holding back everything he has injured a total of 7,500 troops with just hand-to-hand combat alone

Ahri: Ok that's not good

Price: No it's not. We haven't seen anything for 2-3 days which just makes things worse

Krystal: It can't get much worse than that, right?

Me: Oh but it can. He can't release his full anger so the more he holds back the worse it will become for everyone

I sigh and sit down on the closest bench as Ahri continues

Ahri: All he can do at this moment is meditate when he needs to. It will be the only way to contain his aggression

I pick up the 80kg dumbbells and start to bicep curl them as Price says slightly shocked

Price: Both of you have really focused on your abilities

Me: Yeah we have had to do something while he was gone

Price: Fair enough. Now back to Billy do you think that his meditation will help with his anger and all that
